It had been two weeks since I went to David's house, I stopped calling and texting him and tried to move on with my life. I didn't know why he chose to ruin everything but I decided to leave him be.

Mother's baby bump had started showing and I focused all my attention to her and the baby. Father had been a bit busy so we were the ones heeding to her beck and call.

Ada had noticed that my rendezvous nights were over and she  decided to ask about it with laura encouraging her.

"So sister what happened na? Our romantic brother has not been visiting again why?  Usually you sneak out around 10, then come back by 12am"

There's nothing of  that sort going on, I've become busy that's all" I replied hoping to be left alone

The shock I got from the question made me start coughing so hard, how does laura come up with strange information about me.

I managed to laugh at the last name because it was the same my inner thought used.

"So sister was that why you were you were crying that day?  " Ada asked causing embarrassment to swarm around me

Ada shook her head and waited for laura's response.

" It was not that much, just few drops of tears " I said trying to defend myself. Everyone knew I barely cried.

She stood up and walked to the chart , came back and sat down.

"Sister you have one date remaining, aren't you going to finish it? You never know you might just find what you're looking for? "

"I thought I did" I replied. For me there was no need of disturbing myself with dates

"I think you should just finish what you started Amy, atleast go out enjoy yourself inugo"

Inner thought ;🤔🤔🤔go out on this day and make any guy we see there miserable, sounds good to me.

I agreed to what they told me after laura and ada persuaded me.

While I was getting ready, a text from David came in. I didn't even bother reading the text I just deleted it.

Few minutes later he started calling, I only ignored his calls and continued with preparation. Ada noticed what I was doing and took my cell phone. I didn't even bother about why she took it and left, I didn't want to see or even hear anything David has to say. By the time I was done, she came back with my phone and laura did my make up. I decided to look very hot for my last date, what was there to lose. I had been quite considerate with the level of skin I had been exposing on my different dates, but today I was all in for" kill all men"

When I retrieved my phone from Ada, I texted the guy I was supposed to meet, the name of the restaurant and left. I noticed how many men couldn't get their eyes off me, how many women would hiss at me calling me a prostitute. I didn't even care about any of them. Some hormonal teenagers kept whistling like I was some bird.

The cab driver almost hit another car while he was staring at my laps, normally I would have ignored him but I kicked the back of his seat and he yelled.

By the time I got there, he hadn't arrived.

I made sure to order enough food like I was holding a banquet
I ordered for rice and goat meat, snacks to go with, local dishes that I knew that I couldn't even finish. This was just me trying to punish whoever the last date was.

Inner thought : 😌😌😌I honestly feel that your last date would be broke, can't wait to see you washing plates here.

I continued eating my heart out, focusing on the food in front of me
I was so engrossed in the food that I didn't know when my date arrived, I noticed his really shiny and expensive shoes, so I started trailing my eyes from his feet up to his face

"I umm, uh  thought this was going to be a date, seems you are quite entertained "he started

Inner thought :😡😡😡The only good thing about this night, is that you won't be washing plates, but trust me he's leaving with a broken face

I looked at him with so much anger, then looked into my food and started eating again. This night was going to be quite eventful, I was definitely going to be arrested for assault.
