Kokichis pov

I was sitting in bed trying and failing to sleep after the horrors I witnessed. You'd think I'd be used to this by now but it really hits differently when it's someone you've grown to like.

Poor keade. I can still see her limp body every time I close my eyes. She deserved better than that-

My thoughts were cut off by a knock on the door. I raised an eyebrow. Who could possibly be at my door at this time?

I opened the door to see kaito with a tired looking shuichi and maki behind him.

"uhh what are you guys doing here?" I asked.

"I said I'd make up for my mistake didn't I" kaito grinned as he bumped his fists together "so I'm taking my Sidekicks out for some training to help clear their mind"

I nodded to myself "ok good luck with that" I tried to close the door but kaito caught it.

"hold on. You have to come too!" he flashed me his puppy dog eyes. Effective but they won't work on me!

"that's not going to happen" I said firmly as I tried to close the door.

"oh yes it is!" kaito flung open the door and threw me over his shoulder.

"kaito put me down!" I yelled as I struggled but to no avail. Damn him and his big muscles! I guess I'm his prisoner now.

*time skip*

I collapsed to the ground sweaty and out of breath. Kaito had just made up do an hours workout. Shuichi and maki seemed to handle it just fine but I'm a gamer! I'm not built for long workouts!

"here" kaito handed me a bottle with a smile. I snatched it from him and guzzled it down. The others laughed at my antics.

"I hate you" I glared at him.

"if you hate me now then your really going to hate me tomorrow" kaito chuckled "I'm going to have you guys doing double the work we did tonight"

"no way! I'll baracade my door if I have to" I yelled. Kaito simply laughed and ruffled my hair.

I sighed. I'm really in for hell aren't I!
