Kokichis pov

We went outside together and found kaito and shuichi hiding from the army of Monokumas. There's no way those kids will survive on their own. It's up to us to keep them safe!

"eh who's the girl?" kaito asked as me and maki snuck up next to them.

"this is my friend maki" I smiled brightly, earning a glare from maki.

"hi maki-roll" kaito waved at her.

"don't call me that idiot" she growled, making kaito shrink back.

"can we please focus" shuichi spoke up "we still need a plan to get past the horde"

"ok guys" I whispered to them "kaito and shuichi you two stay here. Me and maki will take these guys out"

"hey no way I'm letting a little guy and girl fight my battles" kaito rolled his sleeves up "let me join-"

"just stay put!" me and maki yelled at we pushed kaito away and started hacking away at the robots. I could here the two boys talking during the fight.

"they sure are good with those weapons" shuichi muttered "I wonder if they went through some kind of traumatic experience to get to this point"

"there so cool!" kaitos eyes lit up in excitement "shuichi how do I get a traumatic experience"

I couldn't help but giggle a bit. Kaitos such a idiot!

Once we finished with the hundreds of different Monokumas I turned to the boys with a smile.

"alright follow me you guys. I have a safe space for us!"
