The Next Day

Jaiden's phone beeped, she snoozed it and sat up straight. She rubbed her eyes to adjust to the current brightness. After doing all that, she murmured "Finally". She said it because she can finally move away from her apartment that was cursed by some sort.

But even if she does have hallucinations again, she can always run to James. At least she's not alone while something or someone drives her insane. Before she could ever get out of bed, she heard a knock at her apartment door. She opened it to see James, smiling warmly at her "Morning Jaiden!" He said in his usual cheerful voice.

"Morning James" she replied back, drowsily. "So have you ate breakfast yet?" He asked as Jaiden nodded her head side ways slowly. "Well, go ahead and eat, I'll pack some of your stuffs" he said as Jaiden went to her small kitchen.

James looked around, thinking which box to carry first. He then saw 2 small boxes "Hm. I guess I'll carry these two first" he said as he picked the two boxes and went outside. Putting them inside his car. Those two boxes were her tab, mic and laptop. After that, he went to the medium-sized box, where her clothes are stored. It was sorta heavy but he managed to bring the box by himself.

Minutes later, Jaiden finished her breakfast as she washed up her one and only bowl. plate, glass and utensils. After washing it, she dried them and wrapped them with bubble wrap and kept them in the box. "Oh, let me help you" James insisted as he reached out.

"No thanks James, I'll carry it on my own, thanks. Besides, it's not that heavy" as she went outside to place the box in James' car. James smiled at her independent girlfriend.

James' POV

Sometimes I wonder how I even got Jaiden as my girlfriend. Honestly, I don't think I deserve a wonderful girl like her. She's strong, independent, talented, beautiful, smart... What am I compared to her? I was such a slacker back then...

Oh fate... Why do I deserve her?

At The House...

"Here we are Jai" the beta male announced. Jaiden looked at the house in awe. It was such beauty.

"T-this looks awesome James! This is too fancy for a simple girl like me" she half joked and not. James could see that she was questioning already. By just the laugh he heard from her... It was so surreal "Questioning yourself again?" he asked as the small box is wrapped by his hands.

Jaiden nodded sideways and gave him a smile. James ignored it for a while as he brought some of her boxes inside. Jaiden helped James in bringing her own stuffs in the new house. It was her stuffs after all! Would James own a watermelon shirt and shorts? Obviously not, but Jaiden would!

After the last box was brought inside. Jaiden stood still in awe. James was happen to be beside her, so he asked. "Are you really okay?" he asked finally asked, acknowledging her troublesome. The noirette looked at him with her soft eyes.

She opened her mouth as she said "It's just... What did I do to deserve a house this fancy, attention, and a boyfriend like you..." as her head lowered. "Are you serious?! I should be questioning that! Seriously, you're too beautiful, you're talented for boys to fall for you, and you're worth of attention Jai".

"A-are you sure? For me,  I really don't see it" the brunette doubted. "Yes" he replied softly. She sighed and said "I'm just going to our bedroom... I'm going to think about this..." as she got upstairs. James sighed then--

James decided to go somewhere for a bit. He left a note for Jaiden, in case she finds him. After scribbling down a few things he want to say. He set it on the table and drove off somewhere. But to where?

After a solid 5 minutes of James' disappearance came Jaiden coming down. Her hair was messed up, but if James was here, he'd still look beautiful. Jaiden's been rolling all over the bed. Tying to muster all of the words he told her.

She did look at the mirror as she was wondering. But she just couldn't see it. She had enough of the thinking and decided to forget about it and hang with the blonde male.

But apparently, he left for somewhere. "James! James?" She called out. There was no answer but her echo bouncing off the walls. She then saw a note on the table near the main door. She hasn't seen it before so, she went near it to read it.

Hey, Jai,

    So uh... I just went somewhere really quick. But I'll be back soon! Hope you're okay now, love you~

Jaiden sighed and said "Knew it... I knew there's something more important than me to him. I guess I should've listened the voice way back then..."

Flashback

tear rolled down my cheek. After slicing my back skin as a punishment. I heard a whimper from a familiar voice.

Jaiden: R-robert?

James: Jaiden? What happened to you?!

Jaiden: I-its nothing...

James: Please tell me, I know you're lying

Jaiden: Please Robert... Stay out of this... But why were you whimpering?

James: I-its nothing! I just got used to that

Jaiden: You sure? Or are hiding something from me?

James: W-well... Why are you hiding things from me too?!

Jaiden: Oh so there's something behind it?

James: O-ofcourse not! I dont hide secrets!

Jaiden: I guess... But it's much better if you dont unveil it Robert...

As I slammed the door, and James is out of my dorm. Regret filled me.

I went out of my dorm and decided to get some fresh air. Just me. And my voices. I sat still there. Looking at something blankly.

Minutes of I doing that. Someone hugged me and which made me snap out of my thoughts. It was James.

Jaiden: R-robert! I... I didnt see you there!

James: Why are you here?

Jaiden: None of your business...

James: Jaiden...

Jaiden heavily as she heard a familiar voice "I love you". She turned around to see James with a bouqet of flower in his hands.

"Wh-what?" She stuttered. "I said I love you" he smiled warmly at him. Jaiden couldn't help but burst into tears for doubting everything.

James' words and everyone else. "Jaiden, I'll always love you... No matter what, remember that" he said to the noirette, who's sobbing and soaking his blue shirt. He patted her which made her calm.

9 PM

It was time for everyone to have their nightly slumber. Janes ans Jaiden are now sleeping together in a bed, for the very first time. Actually... For the 2nd time! (If you know what I mean). "Night James" Jaiden chirped as James replied "Night Jaibird" as James turned the lamp off and.

A Year Passed...

The couple lived peacefully together. They began to frequently collab together. But they haven't still admitted they've been dating for a year now to their fans.

This made the fans very suspicious of their frequent collabs. Though sometimes... Jaiden was still haunted by Dustin's voice. And James seems to hear him too.

But Jaiden was less scared, since James was by her side. Even if Jaiden seems to be cursed by Dustin's voice. James didnt love and care her any less. In fact, it made him love and care for her even more.

The two's bond became stronger than ever. Who knew a Taurus and a Libra could get along? But then... This is is not the end for them... This is...
