Whether you love midi-chlorians or hate them, you cannot deny that the hate towards them, ESPECIALLY hate so strong that it ruins the PT for people, is unwarranted. I mean, the midi-chlorians are fairly important to the plot of the PT, but they aren't central.

If you dislike it, they aren't a big plot point. So stop complaining! But whether or not you like them, they're canon.
