Now,before we begin this journal isn't gonna be sunshine and lollipops that's not how I do shit.
1.I speak my mind and how I think it should be put out,when I say the truth,it's the cold hard truth no little white lies

2.These are my thoughts and you can't do anything to change them so suck it up and deal with it

3.I don't like pity,neither do I like when there's attention towards me so if you write a comment make it about someone else or yourself,or don't write a comment and follow me through this book

4.don't put high expectations in this journal,just don't.it makes feel like shit when I can't reach said expectations

5.just a reminder,this journal isn't that happy.if I have happy days I'll gladly put them down here,just don't expect much of em.

6.I'm most likely not gonna update this book constantly,I'm really forgetful and I give up on things pretty quickly so yeah
