TODAY WAS THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!! I'LL HAVE THE WHOLE SUMMER TO WRITE!!!!!! Hopefully, all the other writers write A LOT in the summer, because to be honest I'm getting sick of waiting on people to update!!!

I mean, I understand if somethings going on, but will you at least tell your readers!

Take this for example:

I was reading a book, and in the middle was a chapter with an author's note. The author's note said this writer was going through depression, and couldn't update. I understand that! Btw, I'm not going to say the name of the writer!
