I love Harry Potter.  I love the cast.  I love everything about it. bUT THEY PORTRAYED RONALD WEASLEY IN THE MOVIES SO WRONG WHO TF WROTE THAT SCRIPT.

This is why people hate on Romione tbh because they say "well he was a complete asshole to her for at least 7 of the movies!"

ALFJSKDJDKS WELL THATS BECAUSE THE MOVIE IS DIFFERENT THAN THE BOOKS OBVIOUSLY

Example A.

"You asked us a question and she knows the answer! Why ask if you don't want to be told?" - Ron sticking up for Hermione when Snape called her an insufferable know-it-all and docked points from Gryffindor.

Now wait.

"He's got a point you know." - Ron in the same scene in the movies.

Now me- I've only read the first book (I know it's bad but I've been crunched for time and have to use audiobooks and need to download CoS on audible still) and the books are obviously better than the movies (just like in any case really) not that the movies are bad, no the movies are fecking phenomenal.  But just like Ginny's character- I wish they'd kept Ron in book form too.
