The end of the day went by so much slower than I imagined it would. Though I guess having something to look forward too makes the day feel longer. It's funny how the world works that way.

We slowly made our way towards my house. I had to let my dad know where I was and leave a big note so he wouldn't forget while he was drunk. Obviously I wasn't gonna tell the guys about that. I just told them I had to let my father know where i was.

I gave my friends a gentle smile before walking inside. As I made my way towards the living room, I saw him standing, waiting for me.

"D-dad?" I questioned. Slight fear arose inside of me. He walked forward, pulled his hand back, and slapped me. It was loud enough, I was sure the guys heard it from outside.

"W-wha..?" I started, being cut off.

"Make me a fucking sandwich before you run off with your dumb fucking friends" he commanded in a low, yet angry tone. I nodded and rushed to the kitchen. I felt tears prick the edge of my eyes from the pain my cheek felt. I knew I wasnt going to be able to lie about how I got a giant, red hand mark on my face.

I finished as quickly as I could, handing my father his sandwich. I made my way back outside where the trio was waiting. They all had concerned looks on their faces, which worsened when they saw my cheek.

"(Y/n)..." Ludwig started. I stopped him with a smile before starting to walk.

"(Y/n)-san...what happened" Kiku asked behind me. I shook my head, keeping my eyes on the ground.

"Please drop it. I want to have fun today" I replied. I knew I couldnt think of something good enough in such a short time, so I resorted to ignoring it. I heard the guys whisper amongst themselves for a moment before dropping the subject. Even though they couldn't see it, I smiled, happy that they didnt push me.

We soon made it to Kiku's place and he rushes ahead to open the door for us. I smiled at him, earning a concerned smile back from him when I walked in. We went into the living room where Feli instantly fell onto the couch Ludwig let out a soft chuckle before sitting beside his soon to be lover.

"Make yourselves comfortable. (Y/n), come with me please," Kiku asked. I nodded and followed him out of the room.

"We checking on the flowers?" I questioned. He smiled but shook his head.

"We'll check on those afterwords. I want to show you what I got set up for Ludwig and Feli!" Kiku replied, sparking my excitement.

Kiku opened the door leading to the back yard. My jaw dropped as i walked out. On top of a small hill, here were two cherry blossom trees that were in full bloom. In between the trees was a gorgeous, white colored gazebo. The ground itself was littered in flowers of all kinds, except in a path that lead to the gazebo. Inside of the gazebo was a small table with a vase which held a rose. Off to the side was a speaker.

"When Ludwig is ready, I'll turn on some music to set the mood. Ludwig will bring Feli up here and the magic shall begin!" Kiku explained

"Wow...this is beautiful Kiku!" I mentioned as I looked around. Kiku had a proud look on his face.

"It took months to get this perfect. I planted the flowers as seeds. I tried planting them at the right time for them to all bloom when the trees were in bloom. It makes me happy to see that it turned out good" Kiku explained.

"You sure know how to make a romantic scene, huh?" I laugh. A small blush formed on his face as he chuckled. I let out a sigh and walked over to the fence on the gazebo and leaned against it, looking out to the yard.

'Is everything alright?" Kiku questioned. A small smile formed on my face.

"Yeah, I'm fine. It just sucks not being able to have a love life." I laughed. Kiku raised an eyebrow and looked at me with a confused look on his face.

"Why not?" He asked. I let out another sigh.

"With how much I move, it's pointless. That's why I didn't want friends." I explained.

"Then Ludwig convinced you to hang out with us," Kiku finished with a small laugh. I nod with a chuckle.

"Yeah, I already told him it's his fault if I miss you guys when I move again" I mention.

For a minute, Kiku and I sat in silence as we looked at the flowers, watching them sway in the slight breeze. Finally we decided to head back in. By now, Feli had completely sprawled out on Ludwig's lap. There was a blush on Ludwig's face as he looked at the Italian.

A moment later, the front door opened. I looked up to see Yao had just gotten home. He already knew of the plan, and had expected us to be there. He smiled happily when he saw us, but his smile quickly dropped when he looked at me. He walked over, grabbing my face and turning it so he had a better look at my cheek. I knew by now the handprint was gone, but I guess I didnt realize the redness was still there.

"(Y/n), what happened? Why is your cheek so red?" Yao questioned. I started to panic slightly since I still hadn't come up with an excuse.

"On the way here, we passed by some kids that were playing with a ball and it hit her" Kiku explained. I glance at in him shock, not expecting him to help me out.

"Is that true?" Yao asked, looking at me with a concerned look on his face. I nodded with a small laugh. He let go of my face and let out a sigh.

"You are accident prone, arent you?" He chuckled softly.

"I cant help it!" I replied, a big smile on my face. He nodded and finally started to take off his jacket and shoes.

"I'll make you guys some snacks. Anything specific?" Yao smiled widely.

"Anything you make is wonderful Mr. Yao!" Feli called out happily. Yao nodded and made his way to the kitchen. Once he was gone, I scratched the back of my head nervously as I looked at Kiku.

"Thank you for that" I mentioned before looking away.

"Youre welcome...but I do want to know what really happened" Kiku replied, placing a hand on my shoulder reassuringly. I nod slightly with a sigh.

"I'll tell you some other time...okay?" I look back up at him with a smile. He frowned, but nodded.

Kiku and I finally sat down on a couple chairs next to Ludwig and Feli. We chatted for a while, talking about school and our projects. Yao came in giving us some snacks that he made. Some were more like a meal than a snack, but we enjoyed them nonetheless. After about an hour, Ludwig finally looked over at Kiku with a nod. Kiku rushed off to go turn on the music while Ludwig stood up.

"Feliciano, I want to show you something" Ludwig mentioned. Feli was a little confused at first, but he stood up, standing beside the German. Ludwig gently grabbed Feli's hand and shot me a kind smile before leading the small Italian away. I quickly got up and followed close behind.

As we neared the door, we could hear the soft, traditional japanese music, which would add a calm, yet romantic atmosphere. The moment the door opened, I heard Feli gasp as he put a hand to his mouth in shock. He let go of Ludwig's hand and rushed outside to look at the flowers.

"Luddie! Luddie! Look, theres a cornflower! Thats your country's national flower! Oh! Look there's Lily's which are mine!" Feli called out in excitement as he wandered through the flowers. Even with his excitement, he had a careful step as to not destroy any flower.

"Feli!" Ludwig exclaimed to catch his attention. Feli carefully made his way back to Ludwigs side. Ludwig smiled softly as he led his crush to the gazebo. Once they stopped, Ludwig grabbed both of Feli's hands so they were facing each other. Their timing couldnt have been more perfect as a gust of wind shook off some cherry blossoms, making this already romatic setting even more magical.

"Feliciano...I have something I want to tell you" Ludwig mentioned. He looked away as his face started to redden from embarrassment.

"You dont have to tell me anything Luddy~ I already know you like me!" Feli giggled, playfully rocking back and forth on his heels. Ludwig shot his head to look at his small Italian with a shocked look on his face, which only lead to Feli giggling again.

"You're not good at hiding your feelings~" Feli smirked, gently poking Ludwigs forehead. However, I could just tell there were so many emotions and thoughts going through Ludwig's head.

Feli seemed to notice this as well. He let go of Ludwig's hands and travel up to his cheeks. Feli pulls him down slightly while standing on his tip toes, pulling Ludwig into a kiss. Ludwig tensed up in shock but I could see a smile before he melted into the kiss. Quickly, their arms wrap around each other to hold each other close.

On the other side of the yard, I could see Kiku hiding in some bushes, taking pictures of the whole encounter. After hes gotten enough pictures, he comes out and walks over to me, standing beside me as we watch the two love birds.

Soon, Feli and Ludwig break their kiss and look into each others eyes lovingly. Ludwig let out a sigh before pulling Feli into a protective hug, burying his head into the neck of his new lover. Feli smiled widely as he hugged back, resting his head on Ludwig's shoulder.

"Those two are just too cute!" I mention, smiling widely as I watched them. Kiku nodded in approval. We sat in silence for a little bit before I decided to speak up again.

"So why arent you in a relationship? You're an attractive guy, you're really nice, you're pretty funny. So whats the deal?" I question, not really taking my eyes off of the love birds at the gazebo.

"I just havent found someone I like. Ive had others come to me wanting a relationship, so I'll befriend them to see how it goes, and either they lose interest or I just dont feel the same way." Kiku explained.

I nod slightly and quiet down again. I let out a content sigh as I looked around the yard. It really was beautiful.

Sorry this one took so long. I wanted to try making a longer chapter. This is 1837 words long, which is close to double what I normally do. Plus I wanted to post this on Valentine's day!
