Dawn pov

I wake up remembering that today is the day i get together with cindy, her boyfriend...and alex.
I have a soak in the wash and dry off changing into some black denim shorts and a grey crop top letting the sea of brown waves flow freely down my back.
Hearing a nock at the door signalling it was either the new couple...or alex. Making my way downstares i lay my hand on the door handle hoping it was cindy...i open the door onky to see...alex.
"Good morning...how are you?" "Mkrning im ok...you?" "Nervous" "come in..." he steps in the a nod of thanks and i shut the door. My phone vibrates and i read the text from cindy saying she will be here in half an hour so i reply with an ok...
"Cindy will be here in half an hour or less with her boyfriend..." "ok...would you like to ask anything...?" "what are you alex?...." "you already know..." "tell me..." "im a...vampire...but i promise i wont hurt you...if i wsnted to i would have by now..."
What do i say..."i dont know what to say..." "i know i lied but it was for you...i wanted to telk you kater but things got complicated..." "what do you mean?" Before he could answer a knock was heard and alex seemed to tense..."dont open it..." "why?" I open the door to see caroline who freely walks in with a smile and then stopping by the door frame was who i guess her boyfriend....
His skin was a tiny bit of a paler tone compared to alexs, his body was perfectly sculpted; his tight black v-neck shkwed the out lines of his eight pack which was followed by a strang set of abs...
He had piercing blue eyes that you could get lost in forever, his plump lips, raven,midnight black hair in a 'i just woke uo' style which looked really...wow...and his facial features look like they were chisled to perfection by angels...
He was wearing a black leather jacket over his shirt with bkack denim jeans and bkack shoes...
"Um..." "hello there...you must be dawn...im with your friend cindy..." "yes she told me that you was coming..."  he smiled at me and i say "co-" but i was shortly cut off by alex "he cant come in...he onky came to say hi and do some...stuff"
"Nah its ok i tied uo the lose ends so im free for the day...thanks for paying attention to my...work alex"
"Any way um come on in" he looks around the door as if inspecting it and the looks at me then alex and smirks steping in..."why thank you dawn" he gently grabs my hand placing a soft kiss on top...making me blush.
"Um...thank you...um come and take a seat"
He nods shutting the door behind him following us to the living room. "Sorry have i asked your mr...?" I ask "not yet dear" "sorry" "its fine...the names logan...so brother how long have you two been dating?"
"Nice to meet you logan and did you say brother?" "Yep im a year older arent i right little bother" alex glared wholes into the biy who i know now as logan...his brother..."um well its been about a week...um alex never said he had a brother here" "alex isnt right to brag..." he gives another one of his smirks that could make a girl have a heart attack any second....
"Ok...um im gonna go and grab drinks does any one want one?" I ask trying to lighten up the mood...why does alex hate his brother he seems friendly...
"May i have a water please?" Asks logan followed by cindy and a no thanks from alex...i get up walking to the kitchen to hear..."please help dawn in the kitchen" logan... then a response from cindy that seems like a nope...ignoring it i shrug and fill three glasses with water...
I heard someone come into the same room as me to see cindy...she grabs her cup and we head out to the room with the boys.
I hand logan his drink, but as i did so my hand brushed his making me blush and move away to sit back in my seat next to alex.
"Thank you" i nod my head and take a sip from my cool water...i look at alex to see hes tensed up still. Placing my gkass on the coffee table i call alex name but nothing, so the onky thing i think of was this...
I place my hand uo to his face cupping his chin turning his head to be leavel with mine...i lean in and kiss his lips which he returns joyously...i pull away and whisper quiet enough for him to here..."i forgive you its all ok" he smiles pulling me closer to him making ligan wink and cindy say 'aww'
"Arent they cute?" "Sure"
We all talk about one another then things got a lightle awkward when alexs ex was brought up...but it didnt bother me its the last this is present...and i hope that him and his ex are still friends...what im friendly.
We had laughs and fun and then hours past signalling its time for them to head off...
"Thanks for having us over dawn" "no problem cindy just ask when you wsnt to do it again sometime" "sure will" logan walks uo to me and i say good bye, as i reached out my hand for a hand shake instead he grabbed my wrist and pulled me in for a hug whitch i returned...
"See you soon dawn" he pulled away giving a wink before walking out with cindy...
"That went really good" i say and then alex speaks...."did you mean what you said?" He asks with hopeful eyes and i nod with a smike which he engulfs me into a hug...
"Ill take my leave...love you dawnie bug" "please dont call me that..." we both start laughing and i make him start laughing all over again when i call him 'ally wally' .
"Thanks i like that name" i laugh again before giving him a peck on the cheek..."ill see yo tomorrow" "definately..." i watch him leave the house...
I walked up to my room butbstarted feeling really dizzy...i was about to collapse until i was against the wall using itbas a guide for help. I kept going till i was close enough to reach the bed...
Stumbling over i fell onto the bed able to roll onto my back, my head rocking side to side once until it landed ti the left...i saw simething emerge from the shadowed area in my room edging its way closer...
Befire i could make out what or who it was, i was surrounded by darkness....
