Love and death/The angel's apprentice/The ??? Angels
Original idea written 31 October 2019
Many eras ago past on spirits would be chosen to work beside the angels of death and placement to help guide the dead into the three afterlives. (Heaven, he'll and limbo) But a human soul has not been chosen in eons at least not until (girl character) dies and no one can find where she belongs.
As the angel who collected her (I don't have a name for him either) has to take care of her and there for must take her on his [runs? Missions? Jobs?] Soul collecting thing.
He slowly sees how kind she is with the dead people and slowly falls for her. But oh no an angel of death in love with a human? That's a problem.
Stuff happens, ( I don't know, my brain don't work at night)
Eventually the angels figure out that she is one of the guide soul and yeah. (I like to think they wrote a letter to the big man and he was like "you angels are stupid I chose her as a guide")
Then angel guy tells her he loves her and yeah they kiss (and maybe she becomes an angel or gets powers)
And book ends. Or not, whatever.
Also I'd like to say I have Jamie Campbell Bower in mind as the main angel of death/love interest just because he kinda look sickly but in a hot way. This whole idea was because I thought he would play a good angel of death or a grim reaper. This has been on my mind for weeks.

A group of angels, fallen or otherwise. Each main angel will have one of Aristotle's virtues and a sin.
Different types of angels:
□ Heavenly, official, strict, no sin, pure white wings. Dress in professional clothing.
□ Friend, they hang out with you in heaven, work as sort of resort employees, kind and happy to do their job, pastel coloured wings. Tend to wear bright comfortable clothes.
□ Afterlife, guides for spirits, gray/black (of various shades) wings. Dress in dark clothes.
□ Fallen, the rebels, not evil but don't follow rules, dark coloured (I.e. purple, red, green) decorated wings. Dress rebellious and/or scandalous.
□ Lost, the evil to far gone, only sin, bone wings. Wear rags or nothing at all.
Cast:
Just examples of who I would cast for the characters, who don't have names.
* Jamie Campbell Bower, an angel of the afterlife. Helps guide souls to where they belong. Sassy, sarcastic, done with everything, chill, humours. Dull black almost gray wings and clothes. Truthfulness, sloth.
* Owen Patrick Joyner, an angel friend of happiness or weather. (not sure yet) His smile can warm a room, making people wish for more. Doesn't have a job as an angel (unlike the other friend angels), other angels just bring him with them. Can control the weather in a small radius of where he is standing and can use it as a weapon. Funny, warm, sensitive, compassionate, adorkable. Cream colour wings and bright clothes. Modesty, gluttony. (Please note this was written before Julie and the Phantoms)
* Mike Faist, a fallen angel of lust/want. He flirts with any new person he sees, especially humans down on earth. I likes making people want him and will tease till the person can't hold back anymore. Hates when people aren't attracted to him, turn him down or lose interest in him but sucks it up and finds a new play thing. Flirty, sly, playful, confident, witty, charming, respectful. Vibrant sparkling black wings and loose comfortable dark clothes. (Say a shirt with top buttons undone to show chest) magnificence, lust.
* Uriah Shelton, an angel friend. The younger brother of Adam, he feels jealous of his brother's achievements, always trying to prove him self, not afraid to do outrageous stuff and show off. He'll do anything if it means people will notice him, within reason tho. Courage, envy.
* Adam DiMarco, a fallen angel. A free thinking dare devil so to speak. Always trying new things, and trying to find new ways to push the heavenlys. He loves riding fast and doing cool tricks. He doesn't care what people think because he's proud of his accomplishments. Ambitious, pride.
* Atticus Dean Mitchell, a fallen angel. A tough protector. He's quite defensive but once he likes you he'll keep you safe from harm. He gets angry if anyone even points a finger at one of his friends. He's a nice guy to be around and doesn't like getting angry. He can be funny and silly at times and always there to support his friends. Justice, wrath.
* Jace Norman, an angel of the afterlife. He's calm and understanding with his "clients", always willing to help them through to the afterlife. Wears a black suit. He's a collector of many things and often spends a long time collecting them but do not try and touch anything that belongs to him. He is know to freak out if he find a fingerprint or hair in his collection room. Patience, greed.
* Unknown girl (I don't know who I would cast as her), a spirt. Died and was brought to the sorting gates, but was placed in line five, an abandoned line. (i.e not heaven, hell, purgatory, or made a ghost) Shy, tomboy, headstrong, polite. No wings at first then light gray, skater-ish/pop-punk clothes. Last time someone was placed in line five was when God made the angels. She gets placed with Jamie's character much to his dismay and God wants her to learn to be an angel.
* Noah Crawford, a (background) fallen angel. Often thought to be soft and polite but is actually faking it and is snarky and rude. He is more of the typical rebel/punk in that not only does he defy authority but also will fight against the authority (i.e. pranks, destroy property, disrupt work) doesn't really like anyone with a job but is willing to help when needed. Decisive, reckless. Wears jeans and a tight muscle t-shirt.
* Nolan gerard funk, a (background) fallen angel. Calm and fair but will flirt to get what he wants. Sarcastic, flirty, brave, cocky, laid back. He's a sweet talker but he can be fierce and scary if things don't go his way. He's fine with getting his hands a little dirty but would prefer to watch someone else do it. He likes to go down to the mortal world to have people praise him. Wears a leather jacket and tight jeans.
* Benjamin Kerfoot, a (background) afterlife angel. He is kind, smart but ready to protect the souls he brings to the gates. He is proficient in martial arts and is very cautious but caring when transporting souls. He can be mean and scary when he needs to be but most of the time he is quiet and polite. Wears a dark smart casual outfit, button down shirt and slacks.
* Elijah Nelson, the main character's earth best friend, also unknowingly a friend angel. He was the main character's best friend when she was alive. He's sweet and funny but can be scary when angry. He has the ability to see angels (and other creatures.) Because he is actually an angel, who has forgotten about it. Wears bright relaxed t-shirt and jeans. Has pastel blue wings.
Story notes:
Uriah and Adam are to play brothers who died doing a stunt together and were both made angels.
Adam and Atticus are bestfriends. Atticus is Adam's biggest supporter and Adam helps calm Atticus down when he gets to angry. Noah is friends with them but doesn't necessarily like how nice they are and will do his own thing. Even if they are rebels they're great guys at heart.
Owen often is asked to tell Nolan to stop going to the mortal world, but he doesn't like conflict so he's often nervous of upsetting Nolan. Nolan however enjoys the chats with Owen often calling him his bestfriend, always smiling as he listens to Owen say the same thing as always then asks about how his work is going. Nolan wants to protect Owen and eventually the unknown girl too.
Jace and Jamie have a bit of a rivalry or dislike to one another. Jace thinks Jamie (and the rest of the afterlife and fallen) could work harder, while Jamie thinks Jace is a selfish snob.
Benjamin trained to be a body guard but died in his first week on the job. He thinks other afterlife angels should be more cautious but not as serious as Jace. Benjamin doesn't like Jace but doesn't initiate anything.
All the angels keep up to date with human times, fashion and technology. Depending on where in heaven they are, their clothes and such change as not to scare the souls but outside the main resort area they wear whatever they want. Afterlife angels wear clothes appropriately to the time the soul they need to guide had died.
At the sorting gates there is one initial line sorting you into one of five gates. People pop into the back of the line but not in order of death, as if the sorting gates are in a timeless place or a different realm. (I.e someone from the 1600's might be behind someone from the 1990's and then someone from the beginning of man kind)
Gate one is heaven. Gate two is purgatory. Gate three is hell. Gate four is spirt realm. Gate five is an abandoned line that was for souls who would become angels, no one has been in this line for eras of gate realm time.
Heaven is like a resort, country club and retirement village all in one and the friend angels work there to keep everyone happy.
Elijah was sent down to earth to help keep track of the humans and was given human life spans and unlimited reincarnations. With each new life he forgot more and more about being an angel. The angels watch his life from heaven.
*Over all notes*
I've been working on this over the past 4 years.
What started as me day dreaming in the car on my way home has turned into this.
I work on this in the middle of the night when I get inspiration.
I think I have enough to update this for now.
I hope one day I can actually get some of the story written instead of just adding more characters.
As for now you are free to use what I have here as long as you credit me in your work.
Thank you
