Hola mi amigos!! Sorry that I haven't updated in forever....Here is an extra long chapter that definitely doesn't have any horrible things happen.....😏😏😏

Cole's POV:
As we were getting ready to leave, and head to the new base, Kai suggested that I destroy the cave, so no one followed us. Jay, Lloyd, Kai, Zane, and Nya summoned their elemental dragons, while Mikey hopped on Jay's dragon, Raph getting on Kai's, and Leo getting on Lloyd's. Erin said she could fly on her own, but none of us were going to let her do that. Wild had wings of her own, while Hiccup and Chase lifted off on their own dragons. Kaz sat behind Chase on Stormfly.
"Is everyone ready?" I asked.
I heard a chorus of yes, so I started to destroy the cave. It would have been a lot easier with Donnie here. He was great with his earth powers. At least Erin was helping. When the cave finally collapsed, I got a weird feeling. All the sudden, I knew something was wrong.
"RUN!!" I screamed.
We all took off as fast as we could. An entire horde of those alien bugs had been hiding behind the cave, waiting for us to leave, so that they could attack.
"We aren't going to make it!!" Chase shouted.
We all knew he was right. He was the smartest man in the world after all. Well, before the world was blown up. When Zane wasn't quick enough with the calculations, he was.
"SHUT UP!!" Erin shouted.
Her voice nearly broke my eardrums, but it seem to do the trick to give us a little bit more time.
"Go! GO!!" Kai yelled.
"I AM GOING, KAI!!" Jay yelled back.
"CHILDREN WE HAVE TO GO!!" Nya screamed.
When our dragons finally got off the ground, the alien bugs were already up. They started coming after us and unfortunately, some of them could fly.
"WE ARE SO DEAD!" Leo yelled.
I knew I had to do something. I was one of the strongest here.
"I'll hold them back. You guys keep going." I pulled to a stop.
"You are cra-" Raph started, but got cut off as a flying drone hit him off of Kai's dragon.
"I got him!!" I yelled, and dove down to catch him.
Suddenly a large force crashed into me, and the last thing I remember hearing before I blacked out was a feminine voice screaming no.
Unfortunately, that was the last time I would speak to any of my friends for a while.

Erin's POV:

"NOOO!!" I shouted.
Chase and hiccup were doing all that they could to keep me from flying after Cole. He had been hit. We had to go after him.
"We can't risk it!!" Chase said.
I quit trying to pull away, and watched as the alien bugs overtook Cole and Raph.
"No...." I whispered underneath my breath.
That's when the voice in my head came back.
So, you lost an ally huh?
You!!
Yep! Me in the flesh-oh wait. I don't have flesh yet. I soon will!!
No!! Stay outa my head!
Unfortunately that's not possible. A couple questions for you though.... How do you like the sound of 'Quake' as your friend's new name? Oh and have you figured out my name?
What have you done with Cole and Raph?
Nothing... At least not yet. You will see them soon. But it won't be 'them.' But you still haven't answered my previous question. Do you know my name, or not?

Very well. My name is Echo. And I'm your inner demon. There is nothing you can do to stop me.

The voice in my head disappeared, and I was left thinking about the horrors that we would eventually have to face in the future. I looked around at everyone's face. They all looked pale.
"Did you all just hear a voice in your head?" Jay asked out of the blue.
"Yeah... I did..." Leo answered.
"I'm pretty sure we all did." Lloyd said.
"Demons...great." I said.
And on that cheery note, we got shot out of the sky, and I blacked out.
