Imagine a world ruled by babies, a world where we don't grow up and remain young forever. That's where Maddie lives and grew up.

But what if a mistake leads to Maddie growing up and aging, making the Baby council kick her out of baby town.

She meets with those who are known to have been banished and finds out something big. Something that could save the world and it involves going back to baby town.

And with the help of the other Outsiders, Maddie is determined to save her family and friends from the evil lurking around.
