Hyungwon sent me a text asking to walk me home after school and I accepted. I haven't hung out with him in a few days and honestly I've missed his company.

Hyungwon: Kihyun said you weren't feeling well yesterday, how are you today?
Me: Okay I guess, better than yesterday though.

His hand slips in mine interlocking our fingers.

Hyungwon: I missed you yesterday.
Me: Don't be corny.

He laughs while shaking his head.

Hyungwon: I'm serious. During lunch I usually look over to your table just to see what you're doing but when you weren't here yesterday I felt kinda sad.

I smile, nudging him lightly.

Me: For what it's worth I missed you too.
Hyungwon: Did you now? I knew you couldn't resist my handsome face.
Me: Oh someone's feeling themselves today.
Hyungwon: Always.

We laugh and continue our conversation all the way to my house. Before going in the house he gives me a few kisses on my face before gently pressing against my lips.

Hyungwon: See you later!

I wave goodbye as he walks down the street.

Kihyun and I glare at each other. He's trying to convince me to do another triple date thing with him and Mahogany, Changkyun and Violet, Hyungwon and I.

Me: Why? Just do a double date without us.
Kihyun: Mahogany wants you there.

Of course she does, Violet drives her insane, she's not really close with Changkyun and her confusing relationship with Kihyun makes her nervous.

A sigh leaves my lips, I can't abandon her. Even though I really, really want to.

Later that night we all go to Red Lobster, I'm not too big on seafood but these cheddar baked biscuits are legit. Hyungwon looking amazing as always sends me a heart stopping smile.

Hyungwon: You look beautiful.

I look a mess but he's sweet.

Me: Thank you, you're not too bad yourself.

My eyes scan the menu and nothing seems appetizing. Kihyun and Changkyun talk about getting krab legs making my stomach flip, ew.

Mahogany: No one judge me but I'm getting a bacon cheeseburger and fries.
Me: Same.

We high-five while giggling.

Changkyun: What're you getting baby?

What's with the emphasis on baby? Violet hums before shrugging.

Violet: Pasta is always good, so I'll go with that.
Changkyun: Sounds amazing.

He glances at me and I raise an eyebrow, weirdo.

Hyungwon hands me his phone signaling for me to check out his screen. A small smile spreads across my face as I notice the lockscreen. It's a selfie he asked me to send him a few days ago.

Me: Lockscreen territory?
Hyungwon: Yes, don't feel pressured to set me as yours though. I just missed your face is all.

He squishes my cheeks together before chuckling. I pull out my phone setting up the camera.

Me: Hyungwon.

He looks at me and I snap the picture quickly setting it to my lockscreen. Wow, even his off guard pictures are amazing, unfair. He giggles once he sees it, sending me a thumbs up in approval.

Hyungwon: One of the best pictures I've ever taken.
Me: Not true, your photo in the yearbook was the best photo you ever taken.

He smiles sweetly before shaking his head.

Hyungwon: Oh so you've been noticed me?
Me: Perhaps.

We both laugh completely forgetting the people around us, and honestly I love that. Being with someone who can make me feel like we're the only two people in the room is a whole different level of intimacy.

"HELLO!?"

I blink at my annoying brother.

Me: What?
Kihyun: You didn't hear a word I said did you?
Me: Nope but I'm sure you'll repeat it so go ahead.

He clears his throat and Mahogany shoves a biscuit in his mouth before he can say anything else.

Mahogany: Long story short Saturday we're all going to use the bakery at school to prepare for the bake sale Monday.

She smiles sheepishly at Kihyun before kissing his cheek, I wish they just become boyfriend and girlfriend already because this is painful to watch.

Violet: It's going to be so much fun!

I hope so but judging from Changkyun's annoyed glare it won't be.
