Mahogany tackles me making us both fall in the snow. It's our first Christmas back so I figured this would happen.

Kihyun: Don't spend too much time out there, you'll catch a cold!
Me: Still nagging like always, huh?

Imagine my surprise when I come home to see not only does Kihyun have his own place but his own place with Mahogany. Three years changes people huh?

My mom pops my hand with a spoon making me whine.

Mom: You've been gone for years making me worry!
Me: Worry? I video called, wrote, emailed, called and sent you postcards!

She pulls me into a hug. The smell of her perfume making me very nostalgic and sad. Her arms squeezes me a bit.

Mom: Nothing beats seeing you in person though.

Hul agrees hugging me as well.

Kihyun: How was backpacking across the world?
Me: Amazing, we met some kind people and had some awesome food.
Mom: I'm sure you've seen some beautiful places.
Me: Mmm, Dubai was the best.

And now I'm back. Don't get me wrong I did do some productive things while traveling, I got my degree online so I'm ready to shoot many business ideas at my stepfather.

Me: Where's Changkyun?
Mom: In the backyard with Shownu and Wonho.
Me: Doing what it's two degrees out!

As I thought, wrestling.

In the fucking snow.

Me: Are you idiots done yet?
Shownu: I was just getting started.
Wonho: Me too.
Changkyun: Help me!

It's no surprise that the dinner topic was the giant rock on my finger.

Changkyun: In my opinion it was cliché but getting proposed to in front of the eiffel tower was something she said she wanted.
Mahogany: That ring is so nice oh my gosh.
Me: Thank you, so is yours!

Mahogany smiles at her finger.

Changkyun: Honestly if that's what you have planned for the engagement ring I can't wait to see the wedding ring.
Kihyun: Huh? They're suppose to be different?
Me: Three years and you're still an idiot.

It feels good to spend this holiday at home with our loved ones. Traveling was nice but now I'm ready to come back home, thankfully Changkyun agreed.

Mahogany: When is your wedding?
Me: I don't know, when's your?
Mahogany: I'm trying to make sure it isn't the same day as yours.
Me: I doubt it, you and Kihyun probably picked something corny like Valentine's Day.

I chuckle but immediately stop when I notice her face.

Me: Oh good God you did didn't you!
Mahogany: It was his idea!
Changkyun: Jesus Christ.
Kihyun: What's so wrong about it?

"EVERYTHING!"

He whines as Wonho and Shownu begins to lecture him. Seeing us all around like this again reminds me of the old days, except Changkyun and I aren't at each other's throats.

Changkyun: You okay?
Me: I'm perfect!
Changkyun: Yes you are.

I frown.

Me: See now you're acting like Kihyun, corny.

He pinched my cheeks making me chuckle.

It feels good to be home.
