You stayed in the castle with Allura. You played a few road trip games with her. When Coran called you decided to leave the observation deck. You had already seen the note Ulaz left you and you hoped that he would return soon. Before you knew it the castle landed on the Balmera. You went back to the observation deck and waited for her to get back. As you were looking outside you saw the RoBeast break out of the crystal it was trapped in.

"All right, what are we doing now?" Lance asked as he flew his lion through space.

"Let's call Allura and let her know that we have Slav and we're ready for her to use the teludav." Pidge suggested.

"You didn't say we'd be traveling by teludav!" Slav said as he entered the cockpit.

"What's the problem? We're traveling by teludav. So just count your hair follicles or fluff a pillow, or whatever you need to do to make sure we survive the wormhole trip in this reality!" Shiro said, clearly annoyed with Slav.

Everyone, including Ulaz, was stunned by Shiro's outburst. Slav looked a little guilty while Pidge and Lance stared at their leader.

"I was just going to point out that the teludav is a very efficient form of travel." Slav said innocently.

"Paladins, are you there?" Allura said, using the video phone.

"Princess, what's happening?" Lance asked Allura, worrying about her.

"That monster that attacked us on the Balmera before has returned!" Allura said urgently.

"What?!" Everyone except Ulaz asked in Shock.

"I need you back here immediately." Allura said.

"You got it, Princess. Sharpshooter is on the way." Lance told Allura.

"Sharpshooter?" Pidge asked Lance.

"It's my new nickname that I gave myself. Just-- Just pass it on." Lance said in frustration.

Thace looked both ways as he snuck into a room. When he tried getting more info about something he accidentally left his chip in the computer. The door opened and he ran in. He was relieved when he took the chip out of the computer and saw that it wasn't damaged. He put it back under his fingernail for safe keeping.

He breathed a sigh of relief as he left. However, right as he was exiting the room the door opened and a sentry shot at him. He flew backwards and fell down.

"Commander Thace, did you find what you were looking for?" The druid asked Thace, a hint of humor in his voice.

Thace groaned and looked up as he held his injured shoulder. He wasn't expecting to be caught. He realized that coming back for the chip was a huge mistake.

"Take him to Haggar's lab." The druid ordered the sentries.

When Lance got back to the castle he, Shiro, Ulaz, Pidge and Slav rushed to the observation deck. Allura was contacting Hunk and Keith while you were helping out where you could. Slav was in awe as he looked around.

"The particle barrier is severely damaged." Allura said, telling the Paladins what was wrong.

"Lance, get back out to give Hunk cover. Pidge and I are right behind you." Shiro told Lance.

"You got it, Shiro." Lance said as he rushed back to his lion.

"Don't worry about me. I'll just hang out here." Slav called out to Lance.

"Can you help the Princess restore the particle barrier?" Shiro asked Slav.

"Yes." Slav replied.

"Now?" Shiro asked, getting agitated.

"Oh, you mean in this reality. Got it. Oh…" Slav said, getting to work on helping Allura.

You and Ulaz stepped out of the observation deck for a moment, finally able to talk to each other.

"I'm so glad you're back." You said, hugging Ulaz.

"I know. I'm sorry for not being there when you woke up." Ulaz said, finally letting his mask fizzle away.

"It's fine. I'm just happy that you're alive." You said, smiling up at him.

Ulaz smiled down at you slightly before he told you about the mission. You listened intently as he told you about everything. You couldn't help but laugh a little when he told you that Lance thought Laika the yupper was Slav. When the fight was over the Paladins returned to the castle.

When Allura landed on Olkarion you and Ulaz went with everyone to see the teluduv. You were happy to finally get some fresh air.

"We've made great progress while you were gone. And now that we have the scaultrite, we should be finished in less than a quintant." Coran said as everyone looked at the teludav.

"Wow. That is one giant teludav." Lance said in awe.

"Yeah." You said, agreeing with him.

"Nice work, Coran." Keith said, smiling for once.

"Good job, Coran. Fist bump. Now blow it up." Hunk said, trying to fist bump Coran.

"Oh, don't you dare! It took forever to build this teludav. And let's not forget it's a pivotal piece that we need for our plan to defeat Zarkon." Coran said protectively.

You kind of zoned out as you looked outside. Slav did something to the teludav, making Coran upset. After awhile Allura and Coran went outside. Meanwhile, you, Ulaz and the Paladins were somewhere else outside.

"What's everybody thinking about?" Pidge suddenly asked everyone.

"Calzones." Hunk said, causing everyone to look at him.

"Zarkon." Shiro said at the same time.

"I mean, uh, heck, yeah, I'm thinking about calzones, okay? I mean, does it always have to be about Zarkon? He's a bad guy. We're trying to defeat him. I get it. I'm hungry." Hunk said, his stomach grumbling a little.

"We've come a long way." Keith said, looking out at the horizon.

"Yeah, remember when Hunk used to throw up from riding in the elevator?" Lance asked, looking at Hunk.

"You guys remember that Arusian, Klaizap? I think his name was? Cool name." Hunk said, smiling.

"Yeah, Keith tried to beat him up even though he's the size of a peanut." Lance said, poking fun at Keith.

"He was their bravest warrior!" Keith exclaimed, glaring at Lance.

"How about the time the food goo machines attacked us in the kitchen?" Pidge asked, laughing a little.

"That was the scariest thing that's happened to me the entire time I've been here." Hunk said, smiling at the memory.

"Oh, come on." Lance said, knowing that they had faced scarier things.

"What? It's true." Hunk said.

"We faced sentries, a haunted castle, giant Robeasts, a mall security guard-" Lance said.

"And don't forget that cool cube thing." Pidge said, finishing Lance's sentence.

"Yeah, and that awful cube thing." Lance agreed.

"You realize once we defeat Zarkon, the universe won't need Voltron anymore." Shiro told everyone.

"We can return to Earth." Lance said, not smiling anymore.

"I can look for my family." Pidge said, no longer laughing.

"So can I. I hope that they remember me." You said sadly.

"I guess I could look for my mom." Keith said.

"This is it. As long as everything goes according to plan, we can't fail." Shiro said as everyone looked out into the horizon.

You couldn't believe that you would be going home. Ulaz knew that you would want to. He missed Thace and was happy that he would get to see his mate again. But at the same time, he was sad that you would leave. He had fallen in love with you.
