Here's my third OC!

I was debating wether to make this outfit her casual one or her wishing one but I have decided keep them as both. Removing her head piece, cloak, and gloves will make it look much more natural.

Introducing Star has been exciting for me as she's one of my OC's who has suffered from a reset, Ruby being the other.

Back when I role played with a friend of mine, we both were huge fans of Pokémon. [I still am.] This led us to create Mobians that were half Pokémon.

Looking at Star's colors and power set we can deduce that she was a mobian Jirachi.

Naturally, I wanted a more original look to Star and I integrated the wishing aspect of Jirachi into her story.

Star is a genie, born in Ancient Greece.

The royal or powerful genies stay in the ancient temples, making sure everything is under control and no genie goes rogue.

The rest of the genies go to different parts of the world to grant wishes. They don't inhabit the typical lamps or rings. If a Mobian finds out that they're genies, they'll be able to summon the genie to make a wish a total of three times in their life.

Unlike traditional genies, the user can ask for more wishes. They just need to have a three month break before using another wish.

Most genies don't mind being summoned just to hang out. Only some get picky because they want to do their job.

Star has gone down to Mobius a total of three times, the third being the era of the infamous Sonic Team. She met them, pretending to be a normal Mobian and became their friend.

She revealed herself to be a genie when corrupted wishes were being granted constantly and she needed help.

Even when she could grant the entirety of the Sonic Team's wishes, they never asked for anything other than her joining the team.

Star is quite confident and calm when she's in her domain, holding impressive wishing power but she can't help but be curious and like a small child when she's down in Mobius since it's changed so much.

She's almost gullible in some aspects, but Dark usually steps up to alert the younger to not fall for stupid tricks.

Star has little to no experience in combat, making her rely on her magic to fight. The others have stepped up to train her but so far the progress has been small, since the genie doesn't particularly like hurting others.
