As I entered the classroom today
There were familiar faces but not a single wave
Turns out my wish upon the shooting star came true
I know these people but they have no clue

Last night, As I was deep into my thoughts
I wished everyone to forget who I was
Just to maybe change the way they look at me
Or maybe to see how things would be.

Now as I wander about into the classroom
Thinking is it real or just the start of doom
Teacher introduced me as a new student
For the first time, I am not the rudest.

Some faces walked up to me in hopes of becoming friends
But my eyes were only looking for the faces I could comprehend.
The moment I saw their faces, I could tell
It would be really hard to bid these weirdos a farewell.

In that moment of joy and happiness
A strange noise provoked my consciousness
It was my morning Taylor Swift stream
Turns out it was all just a happy dream.
