Marisol pov
I walked into the precinct to find Rafi.

I saw Dominick at his desk. I went over and he looked up.
"Hey Marisol."
"Hey Dominick." He smiled and spoke.
"What's up?"
"Um. Do you know where Rafi is?"
"Yeah. He's talking with Cap and Fin about the case." I nodded and Dominick looked at me.
"Everythin alright?" I shook my head.
"Not really." Just the Rafi appeared.
"Marisol? Que paso?" I hesitated then spoke. What happened?
"Necesito hablar contigo." I need to talk to you. Rafi nodded and walked over.
"Come on." I went with him to a more private room.

He shut the door and we sat down.
"What happened?" I took a deep breath then spoke.
"My friend......Elizabeth Burkes. She was attacked. She only told me on the promise that I didn't involve the police but I didn't know what to do. She was fine then two days ago we went to a party and the man was there. She won't calm down." Rafi sighed and spoke.
"Okay. I know you promised but did you ask her if you could tell me?" I nodded my head.
"She said yes. But she doesn't want charges pressed. I know sometimes it takes a while but please don't pressure her. Please."
"Of course brillo del sol." Little sunshine. I nodded and Rafi spoke.
"Marisol. We have to tell the detectives. They can help." I bit my lip and hesitated.
"Marisol. Please." I sighed and nodded my head. Rafi went out then came back in with Dominick and Olivia. Olivia spoke to me.
"Marisol. Rafa said you had a story to tell us." I nodded my head and spoke.
"My best friend Elizabeth Burkes. She and I have been close since the day we met. Four months ago we were at a party. Usual people except this creep was there. Anthony Edwards. He's a big time producer and a grade A creep. I've always avoided him. While we were at the pool party he kept trying to flirt with me. I am used to him trying so I told him to shove it. He moved onto Elizabeth. I tried to get her away but she said she was okay. The next day I went to find her cause we had a event together. When I got there I knocked but she didn't answer so I went in. I thought maybe she had overslept. She's done it before. I went in and found her curled up on the bathroom floor. She was still in the same clothes as the previous day. She was sobbing and I got worried. I went over and asked her what was wrong. She told me that Anthony had attacked her. I wanted to get to talk to someone but she refused. Then two days ago the bastard showed up to event we were doing. It freaked her out and we left early. I asked her again if I could tell anyone. That's when she broke down. She told me what that monster said. He said "I know that little friend of your's has a brother who is in a high place and knows people who are in high places. If you tell her I will make sure my friends destroy her brother and his friends then come after you." That's when I knew that it was bad. The only reason she let me tell you was if she wasn't pressured into pressing charges. I just want your help." Rafi kissed my head and spoke.
"We can worry about charges later. Did she get a rape kit done?" I bit my lip.
"Si. Pero......."
"What?" I sighed and spoke.
"She refused to have it released or any charges to be pressed. It's probably still in LA." He nodded his head and spoke.
"I'm going to make some calls." Liv spoke.
"Carisi. Go with Marisol. Maybe you can convince Elizabeth to at least talk to us." Dominick nodded and spoke.
"Let's go." I nodded and followed him out.

Dominick drove us to where Lizzie was staying.

When I got in Lizzie hugged me tightly.

"Mar!"
"Hey Lizzie."
"What's up? And who's this hottie?"
"Really Lizzie? This is Detective Dominick Carisi."
"Call me Sonny. It's nice to meet you." Lizzie smiled.
"You as well. So you talked to your brother?" I nodded my head.
"Yeah. He said the charges can wait." Dominick spoke.
"We need to know exactly what happened." Lizzie froze.
"But I told Mar."
"Yeah. That's great and all but we need to hear it from you. Hear say doesn't hold up." She hesitated then nodded.
"Okay." She took a deep breath and told Dominick everything. I stayed next to her and rubbed her back. When she was done Dominick spoke.
"Okay. That's all I need. I am sorry that this happened to you but usually reporting is the hardest part." Lizzie nodded and smiled.
"Thank you detective."
"Just call me Sonny." She nodded then hugged me tightly.

When we got in the car Dominick spoke.
"Hey. Uh. Mind if we go somewhere?" I shook my head. He started the car and we left.

We ended up stopping at Manhattan beach. We got out and walked around for a bit.
"Rafael told me you liked the beach."
"Yeah. Always have. Mami always said I was her water baby. She told me I was made for the water."
"That's nice." I shrugged and spoke.
"I suppose so." Dominick stared at me for a bit before he spoke.
"Hey Marisol."
"Yes?"
"Do you......um......do you want to go out sometime?" I froze shocked then took his hand.

"I'd love to Dominick." He lit up and spoke.
"Great. How's tomorrow? I have the day off. We could go out or I could cook for you. I mean I'm a pretty good cook." I smiled and spoke.
"That sounds perfect."
"Okay. I'll pick ya up tomorrow." I smiled and nodded my head. I couldn't waist till tomorrow.
