Intro: Let's start things off with my favorite: Zelink. This really needs no explanation. Link and Zelda are the second most popular pairing in gaming (second only to Mario and Princess Peach). I can't remember exactly how I came to discover this, but I'm glad I did.

Proof: The pairing probably officially started with the game Zelda II. It was the second official Zelda game, and at the end Zelda would thank Link for saving Hyrule again. When the curtain closed you could see their bodies move closer, heavily implying that they kissed.

Then there was Ocarina of Time. Though you mostly had to look closely, Zelink was present. Probably the thing that tipped me off was the fact that at the end of the game, when you're running down the castle, whenever you got hurt, she would cry out in fear.

Then there was the Oracle games. While I haven't played either of them, I did see what happens at the end if you play both games in a row. Zelda will personally thank Link and then kiss him on the cheek. It's the first time we officially see lip contact, other than the manga.

Then Spirit Tracks came along. Oh boy, this dropped major hints. When Link first sets eyes on Zelda in the game, he gasps and blushes. Later on, when Zelda loses her body, Link is the only one who can see her. Throughout the game, we see more-than-friendly gestures. Then when Zelda gets her body back, the first thing she does is hug Link. Then just before the credits roll, the camera goes down to reveal the two holding hands.

The entirety of Skyward Sword is proof. No explanation needed.

What I think: Like I said, this is my favorite ship of all time. I've gotten so accustomed to it, I can't stand them with anyone else. I mean, I have nothing against other ships, like Malon x Link, but that's just how I feel. Moving on!
