So... I don't normally do this, but I feel like I need to say it.

I might have come off as a little harsh the last time I talked about this ship, and I'd like to formally apologize. I haven't gotten any complaints about it yet, but I feel as though people will. Therefore, I'd like to say I'm sorry. Not to mention I may have gotten one or two facts wrong that no one seems to have pointed out.

But I still stand by my decision of not shipping it. Jerza's just not for me. But I cannot say I don't like this ship. They do have good moments here and there. And while I don't ship it, I've hit the point of acceptance. Let's face it, these two will most likely become canon by the end of the series. And I've just gotta deal with that.

Unfortunately, that's also what shipping in Fairy Tail suffers from: the point of acceptance. The show blatantly points out who you should ship, which makes things easier, yet complicated. It's easier to decide who to ship, but there's also the stubborn ones who ship something else just because, and will fight the ships the canon points to. People just can't seem to see when something is meant to be canon. And thus, shipping wars are about as common as the ships are.

But I digress. In short, I don't ship Jerza, but I accept it's canonicity.
