Khushi Pov

Yesterday plan was such a flop but that was not entirely flop too. He knows my intention but it didn't came out like I wished.

Mourning over the yesterday incident, I entered into the kitchen to see it clean like before. Maria would've cleaned yesterday. The thought of him scolding Maria for me flashed on my memory making me grin wide. His care was so enduring. Grinning at the mere thought itself shiver my frame.

Quickly stirring his coffee, I entered his room.

"Arnav.. Get up, Arnav.. yeah.. sleepy head get up now" I tried to wake him up placing the coffee on side table.

All of sudden I was spinned and landed on arnav chest.

"Says who, sleepy head" He playfully hit my forehead with his.

"What? You mean me, sleepy head?" I asked pointing me.

"Haan. Then who else. Remember the second day of our marriage, you slept whole day sleepy head. And you slept whenever a chance was thrown at you" He scoffed pushing my tendrils away from my cheeks.

"Oh... Yeah.. Arnav see your coffee was getting cold" I got up dodging the topic which will bring only bad memories.

"Do you want me to drink it without brushing" He made face. I twisted my lips seeing his face. He looks better in smiley face.

"I didn't said you to drink without brushing" I retorted back and walked towards his wardrobe.

"What are you going to do with my wardrobe?" He questioned slipping into his slippers yawning cutely. 

"I am going to rob and keep the treasure safe in my room" I replied with mischief taking his towel out.

He took the towel as I forwarded it to him "Oh then I'll be glad enough to join you there"

"What?" I knitted my brows in confusion.

"What what? Don't act innocent ok"

I chuckled seeing his not so called irritation.

"Seriously Arnav what are you trying to tell, I can't understand?" 

He sighed heavily "Aren't you indirectly conveying me to shift to your room"

I hiccupped hearing his words. Did I really said that? When? How?

Stupid Khushi! If you rob his wardrobe and keep it in your room, it means shifting all his things to your room. And following his things he too will come there that's what your sentence meant and you're indirectly inviting him to share the same room, my brain explained alarmingly, the meaning behind my words and I instantly gasped.

If not my earlier shock was enough, I was pushed back to the wardrobe. My profusely widen eyes perfectly captures his nearing. His breath fanned over my skin. I gulped clutching the wardrobe self. My grip got tighten as his arm slide over my waist and moved from navel to my lower back and laid there entwined.

Next minute I came crashed against his chest altering my hold from wardrobe self to his shoulders.

"Arnav.." I whispered but it seems only air come out of my mouth rather words.

I fluttered my eyelids as his head lowering down, half eager to keep my eyes open to see the emotion playing on his eyes and half shy to face him and shut my eyes tight.

Unlike that day, today he nibbled my petals teasingly making me yearn for him. It never happened before that I was desparate for a kiss. Pulling his hairs was the only option to let him know my thoughts.

He broke after seemed like ages. I found solace in his chest panting heavily.

"Arnav I ... " I started to clear my stand.

"I understand"

"Arnav. I know, you would be hurt, I..." I couldn't finish the sentence as his lips latched against mine.

"I am waiting for the day when you willingly rob my wardrobe" He whispered keeping his forehead against mine breathing heavily.

Circling my hands around his waist I held him tightly wishing the time to stood still.

"Arnav will you come early today?"

"Why? Do you want to go anywhere?"

"What, why? Don't tell me you won't come unless I reveal the reason" I pouted against his chest.

"I'll meri grandma.."

I raised my hand to hit him and he escaped before I could get hold on him.

Selecting a suit for today, I placed it on the bed and searched his wallet and mobile. After finding it, I placed it beside his suit. Everything is ready.

"Won't you give me a return kiss?" He breathed on my cheeks.

"Arnav"

Standing at the entrance, I was catching my breath by his ministrations.

Tiptoeing I placed a kiss on cheeks.

"Am I a kid?" He frowned.

"What?"

"You're kissing as if I was a kid. Kiss me here"

I dare not to lift my eyes because I know where he was pointing.

Fidgeting with his shirt buttons, i closed my eyes in nervousness.

"Khushi I am waiting. If you do not wish to do then it's ok. Bye"

I hastily grabbed his sleeves turning him and placed my lips on his.

"Hope it was enough hubby" I pushed him breaking the kiss.

"It was not enough" Said he mischievously.

"You're being greedy"

"That I am"

"Arnav"

"Excuse me..." Suddenly a male voice interrupted us.

Arnav turned to the voice and I tilt my head to see the person. But Arnav moved at his side hiding my view.

I averted my eyes to other side and Arnav moved there too hiding my view.

"Arnav"

He turned and I saw no one there.

"Someone came here right. Who's he? You didn't even speak anything?" I frowned.

He gulped visibly and suddenly seemed nervous. Before I could ask further he kissed my forehead and sprinted from there throwing a bye.

What happened suddenly? I have to ask him at evening.

Chalo Khushi, now time for second one.

Closing the door I ordered Maria to clean the living room.

Let's make Arnav Singh Raizada speechless!

Running here and there I made the living room to look perfect. Inhaling a breath I halted my running form and give a brief glance to the work I made and admired it. Gave a satisfied clap I ordered Maria to leave.

Now time to wait for him. Like he promised he arrived before his usual time.

"Why didn't you call me today? And you didn't even attend my calls" He asked even before discarding his shoes.

"I was busy" I answered him with desparateness.

"What made you busy?" He asked raising his head. And the moment arrived when his eyes captured the surroundings.

Leaped to his side, I admired my work with him. The once devoid of homely touch in the living room was now screaming a healthy atmosphere. Glowing in mild lightings the living room brings a calm feeling along with green bushes and hanging chimes and decorative plants. The white sofa which indicated void was now clouded with multiple colourful cushions. Tea table was neatly arranged and a photo frame of him was standing proudly.

When his eyes landed on the wall, he become speechless indeed like I expected. His mouth partially opened in shock. His eyes glowing in joy.  I coiled my arm around his left elbow admiring the view.

The once big empty wall, has showing no trace of wall. It was all filled by our memories.

Starting from our engagement when I saw him properly for first time, it has all the photos of our togetherness. The haldi, Sangeet, wedding, post wedding rituals, next day Pooja, we in my parents house. And the last photo was latest and that was the only one photo which has my willing participation.

"Khushi how this?" He asked pointing the photo in which we are participating the games in resort. It has arranged in order from small sweater to the last one where we won including the Titanic pose photo in extra large size which occupied the centre space.

"I called the resort and got these photos. They had candid pics and I thought it will be a perfect memory of our first outing"

"I wish we had your proposal photo also" I pouted in memory. That was another heart warming, life turning moment for us but because of the private beach, the resort did not have those photos.

"I have it in my system. I personally asked the planner to click our pictures" He beamed at me.

"Then it's perfect Arnav" I jumped literally.

He stopped me cupping my cheeks in strong grip.

"I never expected this from you Khushi. Seriously you made me speechless and fly in joy. I can see our future now. I was overwhelmed. Love you khushi" With this he hugged me. Wouldn't I deserve a kiss? Or Am I expecting more?

As if sensing my thoughts his lips started doing havoc in my senses. My fingers played with his hairs as his doing the same.

Finally, I succeeded!
