We got to the sewer pipe bill and richie went into while me, Eddie and stan stayed outside of it "aren't you guys coming in?" Richie asks turning to us "no way dude that's grey water" eddie says. "What the hell is grey water?" Richie asked "its basically piss and shit rich" I said rolling my eyes as richie and Eddie just bickered on "guys" bill called out to the group and they all looked at him "shit don't tell me that?" Stan says. I hand to hold stan's hand as I was already getting freaked out "no g-g-georgie used to wear golshes" bill said as richie went to take a closer look "who's sneaker is it?" Eddie asks "its Betty Ribsons" richie said. The group widened their eyes "oh shit, oh fuck I don't like this" eddie says "how do you think Betty feels, running round these tunnels with only one frickin shoe" richie tried to joke but no laughter at him. "What if she's still here?" Stan says then bill started to walk farther in "guys my mom will have an aniarisam of she finds out that we're playing here I'm serious" eddie says "if I was betty Ribson I'd want us to find her, Georgie too" bill says. What Eddie said next upset bill a little "what if I don't wanna find them, I'm sorry bill but I wanna end up like gor..... I don't wanna go missing ethier" Eddie says and bill could not hide the hurt from his eyes. Stan sighs "I'm with Eddie on this one" he says "you too?" Bill said in disbelief "its summer we're sopost to be having fun , this isn't fun, this is scary and disgusting" he says as there's a loud splash behind us. We all turn to see a kid stumbling "holy shit what happened to you?" Richie called out as Eddie and stan helped the new kid onto bill's bike and I got on the back of stan's, his face lit up when I wrapped my arms around his waist. On the ride to the pharmacy we learned that the new kids name was ben, once at the alleyway bill sits the kids on some boxes "r-richie wait here" bill says as him, me, stan and Eddie ran into the pharmacy to get the stuff we needed to help ben. Eddie grabbed what we would need but unfortunately we didn't have enough to pay for it "wait eddie you have an account here don't you?" Bill said "if my mum finds out I brought all this stuff for myself, I'll spend the rest of the well in the emergency room getting x-rays" he says. A few seconds later Beverley marsh went to go down the isle were on and when she saw the boys she hid the tampons she had behind her back "hey your okay?" Bill asked "yes I'm fine, what's wrong with you?" She asked as she looked at the boys. I toke stan's hand in my own "nun of your business" stan said "there's a kid outside look like someone killed him" eddie said in to clam for this situation type voice especially for Eddie "we need some supplies but we don't have enough money" bill says. Bev seemed to get an idea and she told us to wait for a signal as she went up to the counter and flirted with mr Keene then she nocked something behind the counter and as mr Keene bent down to pick it she looked back at us and we toke that as our sign to hurry out of there and to go help ben. As eddie was trying to clean the wound richie kept babbling on in his ear "okay richie just be quiet I need to focus" eddie says "oh come on I'm just trying to help" rich says "well you aren't doing a grate job right now richie" I said. Richie looks up at me "okay maybe i can annoy you hot stuff" he says and I saw stan get visible jealous as he wraps his arm around my shoulder "back off trash mouth she's taken" he says to the surprise of eddie and richie "get in there stan the man, never thought I'd see the day you'd actually get a girlfriend" richie says. Before any can say anything else "are you okay that looks like it hurts" bev says as she and bill walked over "yea I'm fine I just fell" ben says "yea right into Henry bowers" richie says. We all glared at him "shut up r-r-r-richie" boll says and everyone went quite "you sure they got the right stuff to fix you up" bev says and she winked at ben making him blush. I smiled a little as the two clearly like each other "hey we're thinking about going to to quarry Tomorrow, if you wanna come" I said hoping she'd say yes. Don't get me wrong I love the guys but it would be nice to have a girl to hang out with "good to know" she says as she walked off, Stanley turns to richie "good going bring bowers up in front of her, you heard what she did" he says refuring to the romers about Beverley. Ben looked confused "what'd she do?" He asked "more like who'd she do from what I hear the list is longer than my wang" richie says and I just roll my eyes "that's not saying much" stan says making me giggle. Once ben was completely help stan kindly toke me home, I didn't wanna let him go but I had to unfortunately "thanks for the ride stan" I say and as he goes to say something my step mother walked out "get your ass inside now young lady!" She yelled. I flinched a little and slowly walked inside not seeing the concerned look ok stan's face "and you boy better keep you hands off her or else" she yelled at stan the slammed the front door behind her.
