Doe was woken up by lexa groaning and turning in on herself seeming to be in pain.

"Lexa! Are you okay what's wrong?!"

He asked worried and not sure what to do.

"Can you not be so loud!"

She grunted

Doe tried to pull the blanket off of lexa's to see if something was wrong but she pulled it on herself more when he tried and actually hissed at him

"Did you just...hiss?"

She turned away from him while grumbling. He saw that she was in a bad mood but he couldn't understand why. So he went to L thinking he might have some answers.

While doe was doing that lexa got up to go to the bathroom. Then she went to get something sweet no matter how much her stomach was killing her. She walked into the kitchen where hawks, dabi, and rengoku were already there. They looked at her and how miserable she looked, she looked like she was about to cry and was holding her stomach tightly while also groaning.

Hawks and dabi quickly picked up what was wrong. Rengoku didn't know what was wrong so he became instantly worried

"Lexa! Are you okay?! What's wrong?!"

"Geez,what's with Everbody and yelling?"

Lexa responded in kinda a harsher tone than she meant.

"Do you always act like this during that time of the month?"

Dabi asked in a teasing matter like usual.

"Say that again and see if I don't come over there and smack upside the head."

She said opening the fridge and grabbing some frozen waffles then retreating back to her room.

Rengoku was worried cause you seemed really upset and you've never acted this aggressive to them before.

Lexa walked into her room and locked the door. She then went to her closet and grabbed a heat pad. Plugged it in and laid on her bed. Placed it on her stomach as the pain died down a bit. she ate her frozen waffles in pure silence until there was knock at her door

"Lexa? Are you in there? Can you unlock the door?"

It was doe. She didn't feel like dealing with his clinginess so she didn't answer and ignored him.

"I got you some ice cream~"

"...what flavor?"

"Cotton candy!"

And just like that lexa unlocked the door tried to grab just the ice cream but doe held it away.

"You can only have this if I'm allowed to come in."

Lexa grunted but reluctantly let him in.

He walked in and lexa closed the door

"Gimme please!"

Lexa said and doe handed it to her with a spoon. She opened it and took a scoop. She instantly felt better when she had a taste.

She sat in her bed enjoying the ice cream. And doe sat next to her. He didn't want to anger her by hugging her so he just petted her head.

Lexa has random mood swings she can be angry one minute and all cute the next.

So she wasn't angry when doe started petting her head, she quite enjoyed it. She put the ice cream down and wrapped her arms around him

It caught him off gaurd but when he was done being shocked he smiled so wildly and had hearts in his eyes.

"Cuddles please."

Lexa asked in a sweet voice

"Of course! I'll give you all the cuddles you want!"

After about 2 minutes lexa feel asleep

Doe cuddled into her more just enjoying holding her.

"So this is something all woman go through? Once a month? For an entire week?"

Rengoku asked

"Yes, it's also very painful. From what I've heard. So just ignore lexa's moods or how she'll mostly stay in her room. She's fine."

Rengoku understood but also wanted to help lexa be as comfortable as possible if she was in pain.

So he went up to her room and opened the door.

"Lexa?"

"Shh."

Rengoku looked at doe and doe pointed at lexa

"She's sleeping. You need to be quiet."

"Sorry."

"What do you need?"

"I was going to see if she needed anything to be more comfortable-"

"We'll as you can see I already got that covered so...goodbye!"

Doe said waving his hand dismissing him.

"Your just trying to get rid of me as fast as possible aren't you?"

"Yes. And what of it?"

"You know, I get lexa is a very kind person but I can't help but ask. Why do you lover her so much?"

Doe then looked at her lovingly and bringing her close

"What's not to love? she's the first person to ever love me and accept me the way I am. I remember. Back in my world was madly in love with someone. But they didn't feel the same. Even when I changed myself to hopefully make them more comfortable with me. But I was still rejected. I was left...all alone...with nobody...but then I came here, she was the first person I saw. I knew there was something about her. Something that just drew me towards her. And I'm glad to have met her, she's perfect in every way. At least to me. I love love love her!"

"So if she found a way to send us back to our original worlds-"

"I wouldn't go back. I don't wish to be alone again."

It got quiet and rengoku left the room.

Rengoku truly felt very bad for doe. He couldn't imagine loving someone and for them not to feel the same.

Lexa woke up to doe snuggled up to her. She was too tired to care but she looked at her phone. Her best friend Madelyn had text her.

She smiled and reads the text

'Hey! I was wondering since your back in town we can go to the mall! You know catch up and see what's been going on!'

Lexa did really wanna do that. But she knew that doe would not last an hour without her. She tried to think of ways to make that work.

She slipped out of doe's arms and went to the bathroom. Her stomach was still killing her. At one point she had a sudden pain that she had to stop and hang on the wall. She felt like crying.

"That bad huh?"

She heard a voice and saw dabi

She turned away she wasn't in the mood for his flirts, teasing, and just him being generally annoying.

She tried to walk away but the pain was so bad she let a few tears slip out.

All the sudden she felt being lifted up

"Wha. Dabi?! What do you think your-!"

She felt an intense pain and held her stomach

"Helping."

He then carried her to his room and laid her down

"Stay still."

He then heated up his hand slighlty. He then placed it on her stomach

"Better?"

"Y-yeah. Why are you doing this? This is so unlike you."

"Do you want me to stop?"

"No please!"

"...don't think to much of it...I might be a villain but I'm not completely evil...I guess I felt like I should help...you do a lot for us afterall..."

He turned his head away. Lexa smiled, the heat was making her sleepy so she started to fall back asleep

"Thank you dabi...it means a lot to me..."

She fell asleep and dabi stayed to keep her pain at bay even in her sleep.

But he wanted to lay down so he took of his hand to keep into bed as well. Lexa started whining in her sleep but once dabi was comfortable he heated up his hand and placed it back on her stomach.

Doe woke up and saw lexa not in his arms. As expected he went on a search to go find her. He checked everywhere until dabis room.

When he walked in he was furious

With a scary smile and his eye brow furrowed he spoke

"So this is where she was?"

Dabi looked at him not really caring. He wasn't asleep cause he didn't want to accidentally burn lexa in his sleep

"Chill creep. I'm just helping with her cramps, she almost couldn't walk earlier. Besides you get her most of the time, you'll survive a couple minutes without her."

Dabi said not really caring how doe would react

Doe stormed out before he did something he might regret.

"Drama queen."

Dabi whispered

Lexa was still peacefully asleep

At some point dabi felt arms around him. Lexa started hugging him in her sleep. Dabi wasn't used to physical affection or any kind of affection. So he was trying to figure out what he should do.

'Should I wake her up? Unwrap her arms? Wrap my arms around her? Just hold my arms up?"

He heard a slight whine coming from her so he heated up his hand and placed one on her back. She stopped whining and smiled. He placed a hand under his head and just sat there while slightly rubbing her back.

'Whatever.'
