Juvia's POV

"Hmm..." Right now, Lyon-sama is kneeling in front of Juvia with flowers and chocolates.

"Please accept these, Juvia-chan~!" Lyon-sama said while handing me the flowers and chocolates.

Besides that, were on the hall and many students are lookin at us. Its actually been a while since he last did this. "L-Lyon-sama, were surrounded and many people are looking..."

He just ignored me but he stood up, giving me the flowers and chocolates. "I don't care if a lot of people are seeing us like this. I'll still continue to like you." And, he ran off.

"You guys! GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE!!" I heard Erza shouted, glaring at those students who are watching Lyon-sama giving me the chocolates and flowers.

"Ah! Its President Erza!"

"Let's run!"

And then, the hall was empty after a few seconds. Juvia felt someone touched her shoulder. "Juvia, you know... Its time."

"Time for what?" I asked curiously.

"You know, you should reject him already." Levy suggested. "Lyon's in love with you for a long time now and I think, its time that he moves on."

"Oh, that..."

To be honest, Juvia doesn't know how to reject a person like that.

"Gray-sama~!" Juvia said, giving him a surprise hug from behind. I found him in the Biology lab. Seems like, he's experimenting.

He's wearing a white long coat, his glasses and gloves. As usual, he's still handsome. (●♡∀♡)

"Oh, Juvia." He said. "Surprising me again with that hug attack?"

I shook my head. "No, of course not." Juvia laughed nervously. "Maybe.."

"I'm busy again. The professor wants me to experiment and observe what happens when I mix the others with the outcome of all of them." He explained, holding a paper and ball pen and looking at them pop.

"Oh, that's right." Juvia said, agreeing. I already did that and it was a success. "Gray-sama," But Juvia wants to change the subject. "How do you reject girls?"

"Huh?" He asked, surprised. "Reject girls?"

I nodded once. "Yes. Gray-sama, you're popular and I'm sure that a lot of girls are throwing and confessing to you... Though Juvia's jealous about that." Juvia whispered the italicized words, making sure that he doesn't hears it.

"I heard that." Juvia flinched. He heard it.

He sighed and said, "Is something wrong? Its very rare of you, asking something like that."

"U-Umm..." Well, its hard to say something like 'Gray-sama, how can I reject Lyon-sama??' but its now or never. "L-Lucy and the others suggested that Juvia should reject Lyon-sama because he gave Juvia some flowers and chocolates at the hall earlier---"

"WAIT--" He almost dropped the tube he's holding. He looks at Juvia seriously."He gave you chocolates and flowers again??"

I nodded, but surprised with his sudden seriousness. "Y-Yes... So that's why, Lucy and the others suggested that I should reject him so he can move on and.. That's because, Juvia h-has you now..." ('////') Juvia is embarrassed by what she said just now.

"Oh... Now I get the situation." He said, going towards me, staring. "So.. In other words, you're asking me for an advice on how to reject someone?"

Juvia nodded slowly. He holds Juvia's wrist and goes out of the lab. "Ehh?? W-Why are we going out of the lab?? Aren't you going to finish the project for the professor---"

"I know, I know but my girlfriend needs me more." He said, while continuing on walking. Juvia blushed at the thought.

We stopped at the Ground Floor of the school. Seems like were waiting for someone.

"Gray-sama, what are we doing he--"

"Shh," he shushed me. He just shushed me. "This place is where girls usually confess to me and where I directly reject them."

Eh? So he's expecting these things everyday?? Well, that's making Juvia mad and jealous again. (」ﾟﾛﾟ)｣!

"Gray-sama, we're going to talk about this---"

"Gray-chan~!"

"Oh, hi." Gray-sama formally said to the pigtailed brown-haired girl. She's a 2nd year but she's calling him '-chan??'

The pigtailed girl twirled her fingers together and said. "G-Gray-chan.. I-I've always wanted to tell you... I-I love you..!"

A-A straight confession..!

Juvia looked at Gray-sama. Maybe here's a way on how to reject someone.

"I'm sorry but I have a girlfriend now and I can never return your feelings." He said, putting his arm around me.

"T-Then..! How about when you two break u---"

"You're not a reservation and Juvia's not my fling. Besides, I wasn't planning on breaking up with her in the first place. Ever." Okay, that made Juvia's heart flutter.

The girl was about to cry but she shook her head and smiled. "I get it now but.. I won't give up on you!!" And she ran off.

Gray-sama looks at Juvia and said, "See? That's how I reject girls."

"Gray-sama! Lyon-sama's a guy and those words might hurt him! And we better talk about something later." I said, frowning at the last sentence.

"Huh? Talk about what?"

"How you wait for girls here at the ground floor to confess!" Juvia said, sadly. "Its considered cheating... For Juvia's case, at least."

He chuckled and said, "No, I'm not waiting for them. They're the ones who are approaching me so don't worry and I never cheated on you."

"Hmph! Still..." Juvia took a deep breath. "And, that kind of rejection is kinda off. That's the rejection for girls."

"Then what am I'm supposed to do? Reject a guy?" He asked. "I'm a guy myself though."

I suddenly smiled and jumped. "That's right! Gray-sama, act like Lyon-sama so Juvia can practice. After all, she watched your famous rejection."

"Oh, yeah sure." He said, agreeing.

Juvia stared at him, imagining Lyon-sama. Gray-sama is Lyon-sama. Stay focus. Practice on him. Gray-sama is Lyon-sama. Gray-sama is Lyon-sama... Gray-sama is Lyon-sama.. Gray-sama is Lyon-sama... Gray-sama is NOT Lyon-sama!!!

Juvia looked away and shook her head. "No, I can't. Juvia can't imagine it at all... And Juvia can't reject G-Gray-sama..."

"Hmm.. But for a rejection, you should say all the things-- Wait, not all of it but.. You should only say that you can't return your feelings to him. That's it. Unless," his face darkens. "You wanna cheat on me."

Juvia twitched her eyes and shook her head. "N-No...! I-I would never do that... But, that's all?"

"Yeah, as simple as that."

Sure, Juvia got rejected a few times before but this will be the first time that Juvia will reject someone.

Juvia turned to him and asked, "What?"

"Say that to him. He'll eventually realize it by himself, though." He said, bluntly.

"Ah! Gray! Where's your project??" It was the professor who's in charge of the project Gray-sama was working on earlier.

"Crap! I gotta go now, Juvia. You can do this. Bye!" He gave me a quick kiss on the cheek and he ran off towards the professor. She was scolding him.

This is Juvia's fault... Gomme, Gray-sama...

Juvia can do this. Just take Gray-sama's advice... Take his advice...

"Juvia-chan~!"

Boy, what a timing.

I turned around and saw Lyon-sama smiling. "H-Hi.."

"Juvia-chan, did you taste the chocolates I gave you earlier? Is it tasty? I hope it is!"

"L-Lyon-sama... J-Juvia---" Juvia shook her head. "I have something to tell you."

His face got serious all of the sudden, losing the smile he has earlier. I scratched my head and said, "I want to tell you this so you can carry on with your life easily... I-I appreciate the gifts you've been giving me these past few weeks and when we were in 2nd year. I really appreciate that... Lyon-sama, I-I like you, but as a friend. I'm sorry that I can't return my feelings as you expected me to..."

There was a moment of silence...

His face had no expressions.

"Rejections may hurt but it helps you to find your happiness but not with the person who rejected you... Gray-sama told me to say it to you." Juvia said, bowing a bit.

After a few minutes, he suddenly forced a smile. "I knew it... I've always known that this day would come and you would reject me."

"Lyon-sama..."

"Its fine but I hope we can still be friends?" He said, stretching his arm out. Juvia shook it and said, "Of course!"

"Then... Bye." He whispered the last word and ran off away from Juvia.

Cheria's POV

"Hmm, hm, hmm~!" I hummed as I walked through the hallway. "This day is great!"

I stopped walking when I heard *sobs*. Someone is crying, I'm sure of it. I followed the sobbing and it led me to the Sakura Tree.

It was Lyon. He was crying. I walked towards him and asked, "L-Lyon-kun?"

I was surprised when he suddenly pulled me into a hug. I felt my face blushed and exclaimed, "L-Lyon-kun???"

"She reject me.. *sobs* I knew it.. *sobs* I knew it but why am I.. *sobs* so hurt? *sobs*" His voice was shaking and quivering.

I was in awe. I love Lyon and I've stalked him and this is the first time, he was crying. I don't know how to comfort him... I don't know what to say to him... But all I know that he needs someone in his side for now.

I hugged him and said, "Lyon-kun... Everyone gets rejected. Everyone felt what you're feeling today... What's best for now is, seeing the one you love with the person she/he loves happy."

I honestly don't know where I get those words. （￣へ￣）

"I know.. *sobs* I know... *sobs*" he said, hugging me tighter.
