Im literally very angry and I don't know why im clenching my fists and I feel a very deep deep feelings of sadness oh dear I think my depression is back!!!! All I did was read a fanfic and all of a sudden I get all this rage I feel very sad I also have this feeling of revenge since when did I want revenge!?!? Rrrrrrrrrrrtrtrrrerrrrr I can literally feel a deep Deep emotion of madness and sadness combined im starting to want to write dark things I am getting angry for noo reason help me!! Where did I start to derail. I feel nothing but Rage and sadness hellp what is this called help!!
