1 year later...

Today is fariha api's wedding...a wedding should be full of happiness ...close people and neighbors come to bless the bride and groom...there should be celebration,dance,music echoing in our house....but no....there was nothing...it was as same as it's been going since past 1 year.....fariha api did court marriage...and rehan Vai happily agreed it...he can do anything for her....we never thought that practical and straightforward fariha api of mine will get a partner like Rehan Vai...he is such a calm, sensible, friendly person we have ever met....

He is Jamal uncle's son...the same uncle who stood by abbu when we were in trouble...when we needed justice for my incident...when abbu and ammu was giving up because of society's taunt ,he was there for us at that time...not only him ,Rehan Vai was also there for us...he always had feelings for fariha api but she wasn't into him that much...and  when Rehan Vai asked her hand for marriage she said no directly not because she don't like him or something but what happened with Boro api...where I lost my faith in love there she lost her  faith in relationship and commitment...

When we first get to know his feelings for api, no one didn't said anything...cause no one didn't knew what to say...we all just lost our trust from people...though we knew Jamal uncle from all our life but after that London incident...we don't know who to trust when it's about our life....Jamal uncle and rehan Vai did everything to convince abbu and fariha api but they were not ready to face another disaster....rehan Vai even cried in front of abbu...vow to take care of her to her whole life...will love her unconditionally even if she don't want to love him...he wants to prove everyone that not every male is like that bastard ...he was asking for just one chance....

When ammu saw his tears ...she stood up and asked him that even if she never loves him back what will he do then...and his reply was like "my love is enough for both of us and I know her...she may not take me seriously or my love for her but I know whatever I feel for her and it's genuine ...I also know that she don't show that she care for anyone...but it's not true...she is also scared like all of you...that incident also left trauma in her mind and she is scared to be like farha api...but one thing for sure...I will do anything for her happiness even it's up to sacrifice my everything for her...and for her happiness"

That moment ammu just said one thing..."it's takes a lot for a man to cry and beg for the person you care the most....and I know you personally from your childhood...I can't guarantee you about her or her loving you or showing the same affection that you want ....if you have confidence on yourself that your love is enough or you can bloom that feelings in her heart or make her fall in love with you even it takes eternity then you have my permission...and it will be an arranged marriage...and if I ever see you treat her badly then mind you that day would be the last when you will see her...my daughter will never see your face again and that marriage will be annulled and it's my condition ..if you are agree with my condition then I have no problem..." Then he smiled and we saw a glimpse of happiness and confidence in his eyes..."that will never happen ...our marriage will never be annulled and I will.make sure of that...it's my promise" "we will see Rehan...and ......don't make promises ...we don't believe on that anymore"

After that ammu able to convince api ..even Boro api also convince her to think that not all man is not like that beast...and not all woman in our family should face the wrath she once and she still was facing....it's like become an ongoing circle...

Life has not been the same anymore...many things happened...we get to see many people's real face....abbu and ammu didn't wanted to have fariha api a court marriage ,he wanted her wedding just like a normal one...but when our dear neighborhood got to know the news of fariha api's wedding ,news spread like fire in our area....api didn't wanted to wear any kind of heavy dress and jewelry but ammu wanted to have  her atleast some things that will make this wedding normal...yes there was nothing abnormal in this marriage but the people of this family have changed...we don't know when we will get our old life back...

And as for me...I think my hate for love,for people around us...were increasing day by day...let me tell you an incident that happened few days ago...when we went for wedding shopping...we may not invited any of our relative or others but at least she and rehan vai should wear wedding attire...

So we were coming from shopping Suddenly we saw an aunty ...or should I say..she was a gossip queen in our area...the leader of her gossip company..."oh neha...I heard fariha wedding have been fixed .. congratulations neha" ammu eyed us and asked me not to create any scene..just avoid her "ya...Sheela ...you know we have to go ...have to do so much shopping ...okay bye" ammu was about to leave but she caught her hand "what's the hurry...you haven't even invite us...?you have enough money so why not spend the money for your daughter wedding...you did that with farha and now with fariha?that's not fair...don't you want our blessings?" "Actually aunty it's just a small court marriage..we thought to invite you at my reception"this fariha api replied politely but I knew inside she was gritting her teeth..her and I never liked this woman and her gang..."so aunty how did you get the news ?" Then she react as if it was a piece of cake for her to know "Riya told me,hey Riya come here ,we were talking about you"

I saw Anisha,my best friend's mom wa there with her but what was she doing here,she was not the kind of woman who like to gossip and she has good relationship with ammu ,so why? "Hi neha..hi suhana ,how are you?" "Assalamu alaikum aunty...we are fine" "so I was saying it was really shocking for me at first that we always used to thought that it will be difficult for you to find a groom for fariha...don't mind neha..but you also know that how blunt she is...she don't think before talk ,groom's family usually don't like a girl like her...but when we get to know that boy like Rehan agreed to get marry to her,we were so shocked...but it's your luck...that one girl got married to a businessman and the other with a doctor...so lucky you are"

Right now me and fariha api were fuming ...she was holding herself but I couldn't anymore "please aunty...what do you mean by that ....what we do that should be not your concern and we are tolerating your nonsense because our ammu has taught us to respect elder people but that doesn't mean you should always put your nose at everyone's matter...please just focus on your home and don't bother to think about our wellness...we are fine..."

"See neha...look at your younger one...she is insulation me in front of you but you are not saying anything..." "I don't want to say like this but she is right...we would prefer if you stop poking your nose in everyone's matter...and I know who and how my daughter's are...I and my husband are proud of them...they are our gems...just because a girl speaks right ,just because she do not live as per the system of society,just because she loves to fly that doesn't mean we should question on her personality or her character or who will marry this girl or something...and just because no one says to you anything that doesn't mean that I should not stop you to speak something bad about my daughters or anyone"

I was shocked at first by ammu's sudden outburst..she always get disturbed the way this aunty always poke her nose in everyone's life ...but she never spoke like this to anyone...she was always the soft spoken and reserved one like farha appi...but I think it was time to show that woman her right place...

"Wow...see Riya...Huh...neha...a mother whose daughter is living for one year , the person whom you got married to your daughter never even showed up in this one year...not even to see his own son...do you know what people are saying?that he may be enjoyed her body and when he was done ,he left her ....at first I was confused too...but the way you all isolated yourselves and what do you think we don't know about her scream from the day she came back...? Huh see Riya who's talking ...she let her goody shoes daughter to London and now she came back with full stomach...if she were my daughter I would never accept her ...who knows did she ever get married or just slept with any foreigner who got her pregnant"

Suddenly we heard a thud sound and with that that woman was on the ground...we couldn't believe in our eyes that ammu slapped her...in the middle of our area and many people was there to see our quarrel... everyone was shocked by ammu's this stunt and when that woman realised that that everyone saw that ,she felt humiliation and now she was angry

"How dare you...how dare you accused my daughter..what do you know about my daughter? everyone in this area know that how kind of girl that my farha is ...and not only her ..my other daughters also...just because she is staying here for an year with her child that doesn't mean her husband left her or you can made any kind of stupid prediction of my daughter...this is her house...she can do whatever she wants who the hell are you to talk about my daughter like this...and before talking about my daughter's life ,do you have any idea about your son? everyone's know in our area that he got some girl pregnant and how you and your family bribed her to get abortion...what about your husband's who is sick of you...and is busy with someone else...you heard my daughter's scream ,right...but what about your married life when your husband try to flirt with every woman whether it's in my age or with some young girl...and don't even let me talk about your daughter...just because she got married in a respectable family that doesn't mean we all forget her elope with your driver...we heard she even got pregnant..does her husband know that?or should I do the honour?"

She looked at ammu with horror...she knew that ammu was speaking the truth...even some people nod with ammu "just do one thing good in your life....focus on your family and stop making gossip" "but neha...you shouldn't have slapped her like this..we could have talk to her like a decent people"

"How could you say this ...you were here when she talk that bullshit to ammu ...how can you take her side...what ammu did was right... she deserves this..." "Suhana ,don't speak between elders.." "no...I think you have done your job very well...I didn't knew that you become one of her minion ...just because ammu let you and your daughter inside of our house and Anisha is suha's best friend ..you took that chance and fed our family matters to her...shame on you aunty...and you know what our api is our pride...and our nephew is our angel...our heart.. so do not ever ,listen to me everyone...do not ever talk bad words about them  ever...."

"You are right fariha...if you all think that you all should stay away from us just Because some dirt fed you some lie about us...if you think that you can pretend like our well wisher and backstab us then Riya we don't want around our house anymore ...and I will make sure my daughter will break her friendship with your daughter...we don't need anyone..." Ammu look at me and I assured her that I will do whatever she said...then she look at Riya aunty "I didn't expect this from you...I always treat you like a friend ,a family but what you did...just because her husband has more money and respect in our area...you start mingled with people like them...at least I didn't expect this from you...I have never thought you will get this low...I hope you don't have to face this betray just like I face"

Since then we kind of isolated from everyone we knew...abbu and Jamal uncle got to know about our fight and farha api starts  blaming herself...it took us a lot of time to make her understand that it was not her fault at all...we even isolate ourself from social media...cause someone has decided to video our fight and uploaded that on social media...some of them made fun be because for them it was some usual fight scene between two women..people who knew me and fariha api they started to ask us non stop that why ammu did that ...what happened...we were just fed up with that...so we decided to deactivate our accounts...

After 2 weeks of  Rehan Vai and fariha api's wedding...we get the surprise of his offer from.canada....ome of his sir recommend him to the hospital of Canada ,where he was worked as a senior doctor...and it was a golden chance...and in no way he showed miss that chance..but fariha didn't wanted to go to Canada..in no way she was ready to leave us...and rehan Vai can't stay one day from api..

Then one day he suggests us to shift with him at Canada..at first we were shocked...ammu and abbu didn't wanted to live with their daughter's house...they didn't wanted to be burden to them...they just got married and they need their space...but Rehan Vai assured us that all of us need a better place from here...where no one will Judge us.. specially for farha api and shehzad ..they need better environmental and new place for shehzad's better upbringing...he needs a good place for his future..we all need a new beginning and it could be our new hope...

After thinking for some days my parents were ready to leave this place...so we applied for a visa ...it took 1 month for Rehan Vai ,api and me to get our  visa...but it took  2 and a half months to rest of the....so we went there and settled down at first ...then after one month farha api,shehzad ,abbu and ammu came to Canada...with a new hope...,new beginning and new life....hope that no more past of ours come back into our life again......
