Raven brought in the squeak toy gorilla and collar. Beast Boy hid something behind his back, but Raven didn't really care.

"These are for you." Raven said. He took objects and put one down. He examined the Collar. It was nice. He put it on and morphed into a dog. It didn't break or anything.

"Why didn't it break?" Beast Boy asked.

"I used a spell on it. It doesn't break when you morph." Raven blushed as Beast Boy morphed into around five different animals.

"I love it!" He said as he turned human. He ran to Raven and have her a tight hug.

But that only caused Ravens whole face to go red.

Beast Boy let go as soon as he realized what he was doing.

"Sorry." He mumbled, looking at the floor.

All Raven did was give him a hug this time. He was shocked, but hugged back. They stayed like that awhile, until they heard Robin call for dinner.

They awkwardly let go, then individually walked to the kitchen.

Without another word, they each finished eating, and went to their rooms.

Raven was confused.

Why did she hug him?
She didn't like him.
...right? Right?! RIGHT?!?!?!

Ok, calm down Raven. It was just a thought. Don't get all upset.

But Beast Boy was thinking the exact same thing.

Why did Raven hug him back?

Last Time he checked, Raven hated his guts. But now...

Every time he was around her... Her smile... Her laugh... He has always wondered what it be like for her to... express herself.

And now that she has...

Beast Boy didn't finish his thoughts. He wandered out of his thoughts, realizing he didn't give her his gift.

He quickly grabbed the necklace, a pen, and some paper.

He quietly, but hurriedly, ran to her room. He opened the door to find a sleeping Raven.

He wrote a note for her.
Dear Raven,

I forgot to give you this when you were in my room. I hope you like it.

Love, Beast Boy :)

He didn't even care if he wrote 'love'. Raven probably wouldn't even mind it anyways.

He slid the necklace on her neck, as carefully as he could. Then, he did something that surprised himself.

He gave her a little kiss on the forehead.

After he realized what he did, he almost passed out. His heart felt like it would go pop any second now.

He ran back to his room, practically falling on the way. He climbed into his bed, his hand on his collar, soon falling asleep.

Raven woke up to her alarm clock going off. She went to go rub her neck, but she found a chain instead. She looked in the mirror, and found she was wearing a beautiful necklace.

She looked around the room, and found a note.

Dear Raven,

I forgot to give you this when you were in my room. I hope you like it.

Love, Beast Boy :)

Her heart started pounding.

Love?
He wrote...
Love?

Raven dreamily walked into the kitchen, ready for a good day.
