I just watched a documentary about the Cubs home ball park Wrigley Field it was fun watching it. The history of Wrigley Field was great, they talked about how the Cubs and the Bears shared the same Field before the Bears got their new stadium Soldier Field. They also talked about the best players to ever put on a Cubs uniform the likes of Ron Santo, Ernie Banks, Ryne Sandberg, Greg Maddux, Kerry Wood, etc. They also talked about some of most unforgettable games at Wrigley Field like Kerry Wood's 20 strikeout game, Ryne Sandberg's two home runs that tied the game against the St. Louis Cardinals, the Cubs beating the Cardinals in National League Division Series 3 games to 1 last year. In 2009 the Chicago Blackhawks played a game at Wrigley Field on New Years Day. They also talked about the New York Yankees best player Babe Ruth calling his shot against the Cubs in the World Series at Wrigley Field. I loved every second of watching the 100 years of Wrigley Field and I hope the Cubs win the World Series and to make it more special to win it at Wrigley Field.🙂
