So... It's gone.

Today the FCC repealed Net Neutrality, which is basically the free internet as we know it. So don't be expecting free, working apps anymore. Small YouTubers and content creators will have to pay to make content, so they are gone too. Meaning, yup, Wattpad will probably be affected too. We don't know exactly when this will go into effect or the exact rules yet, but let's just say not everyone on here is going to be able to stay.

Idk if I will be able to either yet. So firstly I would like to say is the fight might not be over. It is possible that the council can cancel this action, so please go look for way you can help. Sign petitions, spread the word... But fact is things aren't looking good.

Because of this, I just want to say thank you all for everything. Thank you to all my friends on here, new and old, you guys have made this a wonderful almost 3 years. Thank you for all the 2 am convos and RP's, and cracks and memes that have made me laugh. Thanks for all the advice and support you have given me. It has been priceless. I wish the best in the world for you. I pray that all of you will find happiness and success. Never stop being who you are. Thank you for being who you are. Thank you for sharing a bit of yourselves with me.

Thank you to my readers, again from the people who have been there since the beginning, and the new followers. You guys keep me going. You have supported my writing when it was absolute garbage. You have encouraged me and kept me going. You have made me want to keep writing when it seems easier to give up. I'm really sorry I haven't been writing as much as I used to, you deserve more than what I give you. But thanks to Wattpad and it's community I can never truly stop writing. Whether I will be able to share my writing on here or on other sites much longer, I don't know. But I will never stop writing. Maybe someday you will be able to find a book written by yours truly in your local bookstore. I hope so. If not, I'm glad to have been here, and thank you for everything.

Thank you to everyone who writes. Thank you for staying up late into the night to finish a chapter for only the feeling of accomplishment and excitement of your readers. Thank you for sharing your ideas, and words and thoughts with us. They are treasured. Whether your book has 1M reads, or 100, thank you for sharing... for writing. Thank you for the insane rant books that have left me in stitches. Thank you for the fanfics that have spurred my own writing onward. Thank you for all the books out there on the internet I haven't even read yet. Never give up writers. Never stop doing what you love, whether you are "successful or popular" by the world's terms. I know how hard you work. I know how scary it is to put a little bit of your soul out in the world, in the internet. Thank for for the few, or thousands, of words you have shared.
