What to do when... your stressed or worried

You may be stressed from worrying about someone, or something. Or stressed from school. Or just worried in general! Here are my tips...

1) Take a deep breath and try to relax!
Relaxing is the main part of this, of you can't at least halfway compete step 1, then the rest won't be as effective.

2) Grab your favorite adult coloring book or sketch pad
I draw and color to release stress and stuff, it helps me take my mind off stuff

3) Grab your phone to listen to music or your favorite movie
Having noise go on in the background while your coloring helps a lot! Especially with music, your already going to have your mind working on coloring, add music and you may want to sing! Therefore, pushing thoughts of worry and stress out!

4) Food and blankets
Food helps, blankets help... not much else needs to be said!
