It will never cease to amuse me how different the two sides of my family are. My mother's side is loud, opinionated, and very into the whole "I shall eat what I want and nobody will stop me" thing. It's also big, since it's pretty standard for them to have been married at least twice. On the other hand, my father's side is quieter, more passive, and mostly on the other side of the world. Honestly, if I get sad, I should just imagine what it must have been like at my parents' wedding.
