It's Frederick's time to shine!

Frederick really isn't into the whole touching to show comradery. If you offer your hand for a shake, he'll politely oblige, but he rarely ever initiates it himself. If he does, you can tell you've gotten close. So, you try some other forms. You'll pat him on the back for a job well done in battle, attempt to bro hug him (which flies right over his head and fails. Miserably.), and punch him lightly on the arm when he takes a joke too seriously before explaining it. At one point, you even try to strike up a good natured play wrestling match (baaad idea.). None of these rub off on him, but you do have fun, and you believe that secretly, he enjoys it too.

Frederick is very stoic in public with his lover. Holding hands is the most common thing, and you've pretty much settled for it. It's very enjoyable, after all, even though you have to tell him to ease up on the grip on occasion when you're in a crowded, bustling area, since he holds your hand as if it'll melt if you let go.
