Random Thought - Do male ladybirds take offense at being called ladies?

Also, why are they called birds? Is it because they can fly? Are they called ladies because they're pretty? But by that logic, butterflies could be called butterbirds. Do male ladybirds hold protests against ladybird sexism? Are females valued more because of the name?

Why do ladybirds have different amounts of spots? Is it to count age? Social importance? Power? Why different colours? Is there ladybirds racism? Do reds discriminate against oranges? Ladybirds should have rights.
