OK, so my geography teacher is amazing. She makes learning interesting by letting us figuring things out for ourselves (after giving us guidance). In class she'll often say 'You have one minute to remind yourselves how...' or 'I'll give you three minutes to discuss with each other why you think...' She encourages us to try our best, and she is an amazing teacher who explains things clearly. You'll go into an exam knowing the key terms you need to include in an answer and what will get you marks. She never treats anybody as if they are stupid if they answer a question wrong, which is honestly great. She respects us and as a result we respect her, and she's never had to shout at us.

When a lot of people in the class disrespected a sub teacher, our teacher came in the next day and told us why what we did was wrong.  She was disappointed, which was far worse than being angry. She made me feel ashamed even when I wasn't involved. Overall, she is a great teacher and it's not suprising our class average for our last exam was 88%. That's insanely high.

Another great teacher is our Spanish teacher. At the age of fifty something he's been to 61 countries. He's fully trilingual in English, Spanish and French, and can make anything interesting to a room of tired teenagers. On Friday he spent the entire half hour showing us some Japanese, and that each symbol represents an idea, and how symbols are put together to make different words. It was really interesting. He's also very sarcastic.
