Random Thought -  Why are ballet and hip hop the two styles always pitted against each other?

I've seen a few fusion dances, and would you like to take a WILD guess at what two styles are combined?

Yep, ballet (or something similar) and hip hop.

I'd like to see a fusion dance where tap dancing and acro are combined. Or Latin dancing and and break dancing. Just to spice things up a bit.

Why is dance so expensive? It's been a dream of mine for a very long time to dance in pointe shoes, but dance classes are very far away and expensive. I'm aware it also takes years to be ready for pointe shoes. Hopefully I can live my dream someday.

Why do you need to know French words for ballet, but no foreign words for any other dance? I might be wrong, but ballet seems very difficult.

Je parle on peu fançais et Espanol. (Correct me if that's wrong in any way. It should translation to I speak a little bit of French and Spanish.
