Are your thoughts and feelings about something ever so twisted, childish, complex, and nonsensible that you know no one would ever understand? So as much as you REALLY want to talk to someone about it all, you just keep it all inside, because you haven't the slightest clue how you would explain it to anyone since you can't even explain it to yourself.
