We look at ourselves everyday in the mirror. Most of us if not all will insult ourselves about every detail of our body.  Why do we have to be so self conscious when we are in a world where it's ok to express yourself and be whoever you want to be. Why is it so hard to not love the way we are?

Society says to be yourself but it's not easy. Celebrities and famous people say be yourself and don't care about what people think but at the same time they're wearing a full face of makeup. Not to be pretty but to hide their own insecurities.

Yes it is hard but it's even harder to overcome it.

Whenever I look at a mirror I think about what other people might be saying about me. It's not right but I can't control it.

Other people are lucky because they can walk out in sweatpants and a shirt two sizes too big and they won't care. I would kill to be that person.

A person who doesn't care.
