Ok GaySpaceCookie here is how I leg

Ok. So start off with those two circles as the hips

Then draw circles on how the legs will look

Draw an outline of the legs using the circles as a base line

Then erase the circles and draw feet if you wanna.

And before you say:

"You make it look easy!" Believe me the feet is the hardest part!

So here's some extra pointers:

-go to a shoe store and pay attention to the shapes and stuff
-look at peoples legs and feet when they walk (trust me it helps)
-I watches a lot of animatics of music on YouTube to get some inspiration. So when you can watch some and make sure to  pay attention to what you need help on. Noses. Ears. Feet and such.
(If you're feeling dangerous)
-ask friends to model for you. Or pose in a mirror or something XD

Lastly...you don't have to do it this way. This is just how I do it. So....yeh hope this helps
