Chelia woke up in the middle of the night when she felt something grab onto her. When she opened her eyes, she saw Wendy accidentally hugging her in her sleep. Chelia blushed at first, but the hug felt pretty good. She looked at Wendy and was happy that she could help a cute girl like her. Chelia whispered into Wendy's ear.

Chelia: "Sleep well, my little servant~"

Wendy mumbled in her sleep, but Chelia couldn't make it out. She just giggled and went back to sleep after wrapping her arms around Wendy.

—The Next Morning—

Wendy woke up in Chelia's warm embrace. She could feel the warmth of the princess radiating onto her. It was a nice feeling. She actually slept peacefully for once in a very long time. She wasn't sure if it was because of the bed, or even Chelia, but she was thankful. She stared at Chelia's sleeping face. Chelia looked so peaceful and pretty cute. Some of her hair was covering her face, so Wendy moved it out of the way. Then Chelia started to wake up and Wendy quickly stopped what she was doing. The princess looked at her with a huge smile.

Chelia: "Good morning, Wendy"

Wendy: "Good morning, Princess"

Chelia: "Wendy, what have I told you?"

Wendy: "I-I'm sorry... Ever since I was very young, I was taught that if we didn't use royalty names like prince, princess, queen, and king, and used their actual names, we get killed..."

Chelia hugged Wendy tightly. Chelia knew that it was polite to use the royalty's status name, but she didn't know that not using it would result in death. That was not right. Chelia added a mental note to herself to change that when she became queen. She let go of Wendy, who was gasping for air.

Chelia: "S-Sorry!"

Wendy: "N-No, it's okay"

They laid in bed in awkward silence until a female guard peeked in the door. She looked at the two of them and blushed.

Female Soldier: "I-I'm sorry to interrupt... b-but you have to take your bath now, Princess. It's your highness's orders"

Wendy covered her face in embarrassment and Chelia was just as red. However the princess hid her embarrassment well.

Chelia: "Okay, start the bath for me"

Female Soldier: "Right away, Princess"

The female soldier closed the door and Wendy peaked out from her hands.

Chelia: "It's okay, now Mom will actually believe your role here"

Wendy: "I-I'm not sure if that's a good thing..."

Chelia: "I'm sorry... I-I didn't have a lot of options or a lot of time to think when she asked me. I just chose the most believable"

Wendy: "I-I know. I-It's still embarrassing..."

Chelia: "Look, I know my mom won't talk to you without me present. But if she does, just say you've been serving your princess to her every request"

Wendy: "O-Okay"

Chelia: "Anyways, we should probably go take a bath. No offense, but I'm guessing it's been a while since you have"

Wendy: "I actually bathed in the pond just outside of town"

Chelia: "That's good, but you need a proper bath. Come on, I'll lead the way"

Chelia threw the covers off of them, but Wendy quickly covered herself back up.

Wendy: "I-It's cold...."

Chelia hugged her as she removed the blankets. Because of the hug, Wendy managed to stay warm.

Chelia: "I know, it's been a long time since you've slept in a warm bed and you don't want it to end. But we're going into a warm bathhouse to take a nice, warm, relaxing bath. It'll be fun"

Wendy: "Okay Princess"

Chelia: "Okay, that's it, you have to wash my back now"

Wendy: "W-Why?"

Chelia: "You called me Princess again. A-And I need help getting my back anyways..."

Chelia helped Wendy up and together they went to the bathhouse inside the castle. It was pretty small, but it was big when you realized it was dedicated to the Princess. Once they walked in, Wendy felt all warm. The entire bathhouse was really warm. In the center of the room, there was a huge pool of warm water. Wendy looked over to Chelia who was staring right back at her.

Chelia: "Okay Wendy, come get me undressed"

WHAT?!?!?!! Wendy's mind stopped when she heard those words. D-Did Chelia really expect her to undress her, right in front of Wendy?! Chelia bursted out laughing.

Chelia: "Wendy, relax, I'm just kidding"

Wendy let out a sigh of relief that was cut short when Chelia started to take her clothes off. Wendy quickly turned away and looked in the other direction. When Chelia looked up and saw Wendy turned around, she couldn't help but giggle.

Chelia: "Wendy, it's alright. We're both girls"

Wendy: "I-I'm sorry, Princess...."

Chelia: "Okay, now you're washing my feet"

Wendy blushed and realized she used Chelia's title again.

Wendy: "O-Okay...."

Wendy stayed turned away as Chelia got into the water. The water was just the right temperature for Chelia. It was nice and hot, but not too hot. Chelia looked at Wendy who was still turned around.

Chelia: "So... would you care to join me?"

Wendy's face went from blushing like an anime tsundere, to blushing the color of a burning coal.

Wendy: "Y-You want me to get in with you?!"

Chelia: "Yes. Look, I'll close my eyes until you're in the water"

Chelia covered her eyes with her hands. Wendy blushed but got out of her clothes and got into the water. Once she was in, she noticed that she couldn't see what was below the water. It was like there was some form of magic that prevented you from seeing anything that was in the water. That meant Chelia and Wendy couldn't see their bodies under the water. And that was a huge relief for Wendy. Wendy sank into the water until only her head and neck were visible.

Wendy: "I-I'm in..."

Chelia opened her eyes and laughed at the blushing Wendy.

Chelia: "Dear god, Wendy, relax. It's not like you're in here with a bunch of guys looking at you"

Wendy: "I-It's embarrassing regardless of gender...."

Chelia smiled smugly.

Chelia: "Quick question, are you into guys or girls?"

Wendy blushed even harder. No one had ever asked her that before.

Wendy: "I-I've never given it much thought. I've never had the time to think about it"

Chelia held Wendy's hand underwater. Wendy blushed but Chelia didn't even grow the littlest bit pink.

Chelia: "It's okay, but... do you even know?"

Wendy: "N-No...."

Chelia: "Okay, that's fine. Don't worry about it. I was just curious"

Wendy: "S-So... d-didn't you want me to wash your back....?"

Chelia: "I was somewhat kidding, but I actually can't reach my back..."

Wendy: "Okay, I'll help you"

Chelia: "Don't forget my feet~"

Wendy: "Y-Yeah.... I-I know...."

Chelia tried to hold back a grin. Wendy noticed and got an idea.

Wendy: "O-Okay, let me see your feet"

Chelia raised her feet up to Wendy. Wendy grabbed a brush, soaped the brush up, and started brushing the bottom of Chelia's feet.

Chelia: "Hahahahahaha!! W-Wait! W-Wendy! I-It tickles!! Ahahahahahaha!!"

Wendy: "I can't hear you over all of your laughing~"

Chelia tried to take her feet back, but Wendy had a very strong grip. Wendy moved onto brushing the toes and the little bristles went in between Chelia's toes. Chelia burst out laughing.

Chelia: "NOHOHOHOHOHO!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! STAHAHAHAHAP!! PLEHEHEHEHEHEASE!!"

Wendy let go of Chelia's feet and Chelia brought her feet back to her. Chelia pouted at Wendy which made her laugh.

Wendy: "I'm sorry if that tickled, I'm not very good at this~"

Wendy said that in a teasing tone. Chelia couldn't help but smile.

Chelia: "I can't wait until you fall asleep tonight. I'm going to tickle you out of nowhere in the middle of the night"

Wendy: "W-Wait! N-No!"

Wendy swam over and hugged Chelia, completely forgetting they were both naked under the water.

Chelia: "Okay okay, I won't. B-But c-can you please get off of me now...?"

Wendy then realized that she could feel Chelia's chest on her's. Wendy blushed a wild red and quickly backed away.

Wendy: "I-I'm so sorry, Princess! I-I didn't mean to! P-Please forgive me! D-Don't give me a punishment!"

Wendy bowed to Chelia. Wendy's words seemed to worry Chelia a bit. The princess raised her hand and Wendy flinched like she was about to be hit. But instead, Chelia placed her hand gently onto Wendy's head and rubbed it. Wendy looked genuinely surprised.

Chelia: "Wendy, I get you've been through some rough times. Though I don't know how bad they were, I know they weren't easy. You may have been picked on and beaten, but you don't have to worry about that anymore. I mean, I may tease you every now and then, but don't worry. You won't be hit or punished for anything. I'll make sure of that"

Wendy's eyes started to tear up. Chelia then started panicking a little.

Chelia: "I-I'm Sorry! D-Did I say something wrong?! I-I didn't mean—"

Chelia was cut off by a hug from Wendy. Wendy was feeling happy and scared at the same time. She was happy that Chelia could protect her from now on. She wouldn't have to worry about being executed or beaten. But she was also scared. What if she messes up? What if she gets replaced? How long will it take for Chelia to get bored of her? But right now, Wendy wanted to focus on the present.

Wendy was still crying though.... Chelia whispered into Wendy's ear.

Chelia: "It's okay"

Wendy: "T-Thank you, C-C-Chelia...."

Chelia smiled.

Chelia: "There you go. Finally said my name"

Wendy blushed.

Chelia: "Now... I would say since you said my name, that you wouldn't have to wash my back. But.... Ehe~..... I-I still can't reach...."

Wendy giggled a little.

Wendy: "Okay, Chelia. Just this once"

You know, with the whole virus thing going around and the fact that my school has made us do online classes, I've had my hands full.
