Zhan was going to enter the class next day when someone stopped him and pointed to the director's cabinet   "he wants to see you" expecting something like that, Zhan sighed and sweetly smiled at Yibo who was worryingly staring at him. coming in the room he saw Xue Yang and man dressed in the suit sitting next to him

"sit down Zhan" said director and sternly looked at him "agreeing to your sister i could never imagine you're going to do terrible act like beating up your own student, you're teacher here not some member of the gang"

"i get it now, he is playing victim" grinned Zhan  "what about the reason i beat him? Is someone interested  at all?"

"is there something that explains this?" Xue Yang smirked at him "i did nothing, i'm innocent, you just didn't like me from the moment we met"

"and plus that" man in suit spoke up "i investigated your background, you're expelled from the school before cause of your violent act, people like you are showing bad examples to kids"

Zhan lowered his head, everything was repeating itself, helping the girl who was abused by her boyfriend became reason of his expel at the end. Always and everywhere same things was happening to him, being unable to handle seeing any violence and avoid it was his only crime. and now he couldn't put Yibo's name in this situation, he had to protect him "you're right, it's all my fault"

"apologize and maybe we'll forgive you"

"to that snake?" Zhan tightened his fist "never, in the fault i mean that didn't beat up him more, so he can learn respecting others and stop these dirty hands of him, i only regret this" 

"Zhan" there was anger in director's voice "you can't keep working here, you're fired. be grateful he isn't suing you"

"i feel too grateful can't even express, rich snobs like you makes me disgust, fuck you all" slamming the door behind him Zhan dumped into Yibo, who was at the edge of crying  "i'll tell them everything, that it wasn't your fault"

"you can't change everything Yibo" sadly smiled Zhan and patted his head "it's ok let's go" Zhan entered the class with Yibo

"Teacher why are you late?"

"sorry kids but i have to leave" Zhan felt sadness overcoming his heart, he was going to miss funny and naughty talks with  kids, their sweet interactions

"Why? Your lessons is our fave, you're the cutest teacher" everyone seemed too sad, this broke Zhan's heart more

"I hope we'll meet again but before that please protect and yibo for me ok?" Zhan nodded to them and walked towards the door, leaving the room

"What about me?" Zhan turned back to meet Yibo's sad stare

"it hurts that i won't be able to meet you everyday and hear you teasing me, i'm going to miss you getting on my nerves. leaving you here alone with that evil... But i'm sure your friends won't let him to come near to you" 

"why didn't you listen to me before? i knew this was going to happen"

"you're protecting me?" Zhan  caressed  his face "i have to leave now Yibo, go back to your class and be careful"

"will i be able to see you again?"

"i hope so"

"i disappointed Yanli again" sighed Zhan remembering his sister's words before coming here. Coming out from the gate he was going to cross the street when felt sudden strong hit on his head and last thing he could see before losing conscious was Yibo running towards him

Zhan slowly opened his eyes and looked around, seeing all white walls he got startled and tried to get up but strong pain made him stay still 

"Zhanzhan how do you feel?" Yanli quickly held his hand and bent down checking his reaction "can you hear me?"

"jiejie" faintly replied Zhan "what happened?"

"someone hit you from behind with hard object.  but police couldn't catch him yet, cause he was wearing helmet. Fortunately it wasn't serious"

Zhan remembered Xue Yang's threatening eyes when he was leaving the cabinet, there was no doubt it was his doing  "i'm ok" whispered him and moved his stare to Cheng who was lowering his head "brother?"

"wish this hit makes your brain work better, when are you going to stop being busybody? You meddled in someone's business again no? Think only you can change whole world?"

"i'm sorry" Zhan's chin started trembling, he couldn't stop himself and sobbed his heart out, but not because Cheng's harsh words hurt him, it was first time Zhan saw his brother's eyes swollen from crying, realizing how much he scared siblings made Zhan feel too guilty "i'm sorry for making you cry gege"

"who said i cried, just something got in my eyes" mumbled Cheng and sat next to him, fixing Zhan's messy hair "i was really scared, yes i don't say it much but you're too precious for me"

"I know" Zhan wiped his tears and looked at Yanli "i'm sorry for disappointing you jie, as always i got in the trouble but if this happens again i'll do the same. This is my personality and can't change anymore"

"you did nothing wrong dear, Yibo told us everything"

"Yibo" Zhan's eyes brightened in seconds "where is he? Is he ok?"

"he already left Zhan, his dad paid all medical expenses without our concert and took Yibo with him" 

"i understand, who wants his son to be friend with someone like me" Zhan turned around, hiding his face "i want to be alone, i'm tired" 

Yanli looked at Cheng with tearful eyes, she bent down and softly kissed Zhan's forehead "take rest Zhanzhan, we'll be back soon"

it was already late night when light  touch on his hand woke Zhan up, he was still feeling dizzy and lazy to open eyes. soft finger was carefully drawing contour on his face, tracing from his eyebrows down to his closed eyes, gently caressing his cheeks it stopped at lips and second one was placed on Zhan's mole drawing circles around it. his heart started beating too fast realizing who was sitting on the bed

 "Yibo" Zhan whispered and quickly caught his wrist cause Yibo was going to run away   "please don't leave" 

"i'm sorry teacher" although Zhan couldn't see him cause the  lights're  off, he reached his face and feeling wetness on it, he knew Yibo was crying

"for what?"

"it's my fault you're here, why didn't you leave me alone when i asked you?"

"how could i? when you never leave my mind and heart?" 

"so you can talk sweet too?" cutely giggled Yibo, caressing Zhan's hands, still placed on his cheek  "actually i just came here to check on you and..." Yibo continued with shaking voice "say goodbye"

"Yibo"

"it's better for both of us to stop meeting and forget about each-other, anyway there was nothing happening at all"

"how can you say that?" Zhan barely managed to sit up and leaned closer to Yibo "i don't wanna lose you, yes i know this is difficult time now for us both but it will get better"

"Your safety must be your priority teacher" whispered Yibo

"Stop calling me teacher and blaming yourself"

"Gege" not only heard, Zhan felt Yibo's breath on his lips too, a little light coming from outside let him to see Yibo's face which was too close from his, moving stare to his full parted lips Zhan panted and pulled him closer by wrapping his arms around his neck. They stayed like this for a while, going further Zhan knew there was no way back anymore, he had to admit feelings for Yibo couldn't fit in just  "friend kind"  that it was too much more.

"Let it be" whispered Zhan and leaned closer,  suddenly feeling Zhan's  dry still soft lips landed on his Yibo shivered and tightly closed his eyes obeyed his desire. Slowly moving his lips in sync to Zhan's Yibo let him to reach every part of his mouth, after hungrily tasting and licking his lips Zhan left it and  whispered at his ear "i stole your first kiss, you have to come back and took it from me again"

"Who told you it was first?" Mumbled Yibo

"You're burning" Zhan giggled and kissed his cheeks "i can't see it but totally sure you're blushing too hard now"

Yibo freed himself from Zhan's grasp and got up, slowly unjoint their hands not willing to leave "take care of yourself gege, until we meet again" by saying that he walked towards door, left alone Zhan touched his lips and lay down trying to adapt new reality, he loved Yibo but right at the moment of realization he already lost him "i'll wait for you, my naughty kid"

After one week in the hospital, first thing Zhan did was visiting the school, coming in was forbidden for him but it didn't matter as at least he could see Yibo from far, missing was already making him crazy

"Teacher? What are you doing here?" Yuan's eyes widened in surprise seeing Zhan hiding behind the tree

"You scared me" Zhan almost got heart attack  "how have you been yuan? and him?"

"Who?" Naughty asked yuan

"You know, your silly friend"

"Many things changed after you left, Xue Yang had to transfer to other school"

"Really?"

"Mn, Wen Qing made a clever plan. She secretly recorded his threatening  conversation with  Yibo and put it in the internet for everyone to hear. So director had no other choice but made this decision, Yibo's father knows truth now too"

"Good girl" smiled Zhan with relief, Yibo was safe now. looking at the gate he saw Yibo coming out with his driver, Zhan felt unbearable desire to run and hold him in tight embrace but instead of that he moved back and just kept watching, before getting in the car Yibo stopped and looked at his direction, searching for someone "are you missing me too?" whispered Zhan and his tearful eyes followed the car who just left from there. 

I kinda made story too sad 😅 but it won't last long, you know author loves fluff 😊 actually I'm curious do you like characters or not? I mean their personality 🥰
