Personality: Spectre is very negative about most things, especially herself. She can't help but think about the future, when everyone she knows and loves will be gone, and she'll be stuck in the earthly plane.
Appearance: She likes to inhabit plush dolls, but as a ghost she is almost completely invisible, for her body is transparent. She also had green eyes and a black heart on her tail.
Moves: Iron Tail, Volt Tackle, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave
Ability: Lightning Rod
Backstory: When she was young, she had a habit of annoying a strong group of Ghost Type Pokémon. As a retaliation, they cursed her soul to forever be stuck in the earthly plane. She can never move on to the afterlife or be reborn. She didn't understand what that meant, so to increase her suffering, the Pokémon killed her.
Other: She can float, possess most objects, and talk to other ghosts still in the earthly plane.
Her curse can be reversed by a strong desire and the move Wish. If her curse is broken, she will normally be reborn.
