Senkensha was cursed by three mismagius who hated her ability to see into the future and past. The only upside is her colors, while the downsides are her being blind and she can only speak in rhymes. Because of this, she naturally speaks prophecies. If she chooses to, she can see the future or past, despite her being blind.

Because of her natural ability for prophecies, Dialga named her a seer and took her away from her sister, Nebel. However, because dialga is the god of time, future isn't affected by him until he makes a decision.

Ithe future that Senkensha saw, she would never be with her sister again. This sent her spiraling into grief, unable to perform her duties. Due to this, Dialga bestowed a gift to Nebel, naming her a seer as well.
