Mitzi is an energetic, outgoing Pokémon who hates to drain another Pokemons bodily fluids, and avoids it whenever she can. She'll only prey on a live Pokémon instead of something like seaweed if she's in mortal danger.

She doesn't have too much that's interesting in her backstory, honestly. When she grew up, she loved seeing adventurers swim by. As a result, she wanted to go exploring herself. At the age of 12, she did, and never came back home because of how much she enjoyed it.
