Backstory: Her mother was a Silvally. As such, when she was born, she had the genetic capacity to learn Multi-Attack and be able to change types. A scientist took her and experimented on her genes until she could change types. She learnt multi attack in the process. Since she isn't exactly Silvally, her type changes happen at random and can either help or harm her fighting.
