"Hello my name is Kieran, I want to become a Pokemon master just like Ash Ketchum."

It's been 17 weeks since we started our journey. That's a lot of time to have my team built up, but I'm not rushing into things. I want to keep things at a slow pace.

We go outside to the beautiful sunshine that glares over the Vermilion City.

Nurse joy runs after us to break the news about Pokemon's attacking the city.

At first, I thought it was that stupid Team Rix but it wasn't. It was a group of Psyduck's being bossed around by their leader, Golduck. The leader was in a rage over the city.

I rang the two Pokemon's through my pokedex to know exactly what a Psyduck was and what a Golduck was.

"Psyduck, the Duck Pokemon. Psyduck suffers frequent headaches and can exhibit mysterious attacks when they become especially intense."

"Golduck, the Duck Pokemon. The evolved form of Psyduck. Golduck is very adept at using its webbed hands and feet, making it the fastest swimming Pokemon of all."

Me and my friends looked at each other, we knew we had to do something to protect this beautiful city of Vermilion.

We rush over to where all the chaos is, but we were beaten to by the gym leader, Lt Surge.

Me and Jordy stepped in to take on the Golduck, while Lois and Jack took on the Psyduck's.

I sent out Ponyta, while Jordy sent out her Spearow.

We attacked most of the battle, Lois and Jack managed to cut down some Psyduck.

Lois decided to not attack one of the Psyduck because it was getting bullied by the other Psyduck's because it different.

Lois went over to the Psyduck picked it up and carried over to her side and gave it some love before carrying on the battle.

Jordy Spearow had been hit with water gun knocking it into the ground.

All of a sudden, Spearow starts to glow up.

"Could it be?" Asked Jordy.

It was evolving.

Spearow had evolved into a Fearow.

It didn't get to do much in the battle, due to Golduck attacking it straight after.

"Kieran, I want you to defeat it while I help the others. If you want you can catch it." Said Jordy.

She again kissed my cheek making me blush like a red tomato.

It was left to me with my Ponyta to finish the job. We used tackle four times in a row.

It was as effective as I thought, so I sent out my Pidgey to help.

It kept flying over Golduck's head making it confused, so I took this as an advantage for my Ponyta to use tackle.

My Ponyta managed to hit in a hasty manner.

I saw my chance to catch it.

"Go pokeball." I said.

I threw the pokeball at Golduck's head.

Everyone was watching closely from the group of Psyduck's to the gym leader Lt Surge.

It clicks once then again, I kept thinking it won't stay it, by the last click it was captured.

Now all the Psyduck's had return to the water, but only one stayed.

The Psyduck that Lois gave love to stayed with Lois until we got back to the Pokemon centre.

I was really chuffed with myself getting a new Pokemon, even though I did say I didn't want another Pokemon for a while. I couldn't miss out on getting a raging Golduck. He was strong to take out Jordy Spearow that is now a Fearow.

I saw Jordy before heading to Nurse Joy to heal up my Pokemon's.

"Hey. I'm really happy that you Spearow evolved today." I said.

"Thanks I'm glad you caught that Golduck and saved the city." Said Jordy.

I smiled at her and she smiled back.

Meanwhile, Jack and Lois was playing with the Psyduck.

"Hey Lois are you going to catch him?" Asked Jack.

The Psyduck had this passion of love for Lois it wanted to go with her in her journey.

"Yeah I will." She said.

She got a pokeball out and let Psyduck catch itself.

Everyone looked at one another and smiled before heading for dinner.
