Only fitting to have an anime Pokemon character dress as an anime character.
The anime character Lucio is dressed as is Yoite, my favourite character from Nabari No Ou. Yoite wears black trousers, a cream coloured turtleneck, a short black trenchcoat, a cream coloured hat, and a cream coloured scarf. Lucio has dressed in a cream coloured turtleneck, with a short black trenchcoat, and he's got the hat and scarf.
I actually like the look. Lucio looks nice in a trenchcoat with a scarf. I might include the scarf as his overall design, maybe even the coat, thought it would be challenging to draw.
