Lied to, been used
The circle of life
Happy then sad
Surgery after surgery

Alcohol and drugs
yet my addiction is music
Can't live without it
No music, no dance

Have been crying
Selfharmed a lot
No one sees
Why would they care?

Saw the end and survived
Tried the rainbow and got lucky
Friends just disappear like snow
They come and go
But no one stays long enough

Being ignored, bullied
Covering my face with make-up
Covering any visible scar on the body
Judging myself for being fat
For being ugly, for not being enough
For not being smart

Covered it with confidence
A lot of fake smiles
No one to talk to

Depression, Anxiety
Burned in my soul
Always seeing the bad
Never saying hello
Too shy to talk
Confidence is gone
