I want to hide away all my anger and all my pain yet every once I a while it leeks out no matter what I do or say to get back to where I was before it got out i turn to a knife you see the cuts on my arm  all of that self harm are not for attention but for relief they help numb the pain in my head they turn off the voices that hate the cuts on my arm all of that self harm is my relief to the pain they bestow it tunes you all out so I will finally get some rest the cuts on my arm all of that self harm helps me carry on helps me live all of the cuts on my arm all of that self harm helps me forget the pain that you have caused all of the words you have said for sticks and stones may break my bones but words will always hurt me
