Wake up.

The suns a rise.

Streaming through my window.

Get up.

Put on my mask.

Put on my smile.

As the light fades.

From my eyes.

My cold, dead eyes.

No one knows.

No one sees.

Through the smile.

Masked on my face.

Masking me.

Behind the look.

Locked on my face.

Is pain.

And anger, loneliness beyond repair.

All is to hide from the world.

A naive world.

By a simple mask.

On a girl.

A simple smile.

To hide a swirl.

Of everything.

Within.....
